Abstract

Previous chapter Rhythmic Techniques and State Power Foucault's work shed a bright light on the transformation of the rhythmic life forms that took place between the 17th and 19th centuries. His contribution made it possible to greatly improve Lefebvre's elementary reflection and critical approach of the rhythms of our democratic societies.
