Abstract

The analysis of the impact of modern military-political conflicts «hybrid type» on life safety of civilians. We investigate problems providing civil protection in modern militarypolitical conflicts in the examples of the most active armed conflict today - the armed conflict in Syria and the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
