Abstract

In Su Dongbo the weather changes, the more three communist countries, China and South Korea initiated the reform and opening up policy began to embrace capitalism, we re-read publication for more than half a century, Schumpeter's masterpiece, "Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy", can not but cause a different type of thinking, and be Shensimingbian. Xiong as the economic structure of capitalism has produced a constant revolution, leading to new products, new technologies, new markets emerged, and this is a creative destruction mechanism. The success of capitalism, they undermine the protection of its social system, leaving to the final decline of capitalism. The reason is the dramatic changes in technological innovation and production, the capitalists of creative exhaustion, while the capitalists to make money, amassed, family line will gradually disappear, and even the entrepreneurial spirit is finally shrinking. As for democracy but a competition between leaders, but the competition is tied to winning or losing any of the voting public praise. The history of capitalism and the rise of democracy are closely associated.
