Abstract

Marriage is indeed a profound knowledge and a difficult project, but it is difficult to practice art. Today the divorce rate remains high and social problems have arisen, family functioning failed, is a common fact. Buddhism is still at home and lay by marriage to exercise the mind, learning manners of the road. But at home, lay among the widely distributed in all walks of life, how to follow the Buddha's teachings, live good and moral life, to purify the world, into a pure land, said people have asked, it is worth considering. Understanding of Buddhism through the marriage of ethics, may help to establish a harmonious relationship between husband and wife, and establish and happy family, a peaceful society. For this article by Buddhist wedding ceremony conducted to explore the ethics of Buddhism marriage. From the Buddhist ritual of baptism, the conclusion of a happy marriage, a Buddhist dependents. Marriage can be viewed as a difficult lesson or construction work. For a religious person, marriage is one of religious practice as well. It is noticed that the divorce rate has remained at the high profile in current society. The values ​​of family are no longer emphasized as earlier time. It will be an important subject for lay Buddhists who are not committed themselves as monks or nuns to understand if they may apply Buddha's teachings in their marriage life for a better marriage harmony and satisfaction. By reviewing the ceremony of Buddhist wedding including its procedures and the Buddhist ethics behind, we may have a better understanding of the symbolic meanings and core values ​​of ceremony.
