Abstract
From classical to neo-classical to the behavioral economics, development economics in the history of the two experienced qualitative breakthrough, is the inevitable trend of historical heritage economics, is the existence of the community and promote social awareness of the decision outcome. In economics, behavioral economics, which by the inclusion of heterogeneous study economic motives, leaving to the economic rationality as the basic assumption of homogeneity of the neo-classical economics as its special case scenarios, so it is not different from the edge of the mainstream school of economics or subversive theory, but mainstream economic theory forward. In addition, the theory of relative truth, we can not at some stage in the development of the theory is equivalent to its only and ultimate form, or ignore the theory of relative truth and abused when their theories as to make rash criticism of other basis. Therefore, behavioral economics is the ultimate form of economics, development economics, it is also a stage in the river, and will continue to develop. Economic theory as scientific needs of the times. There are two inevitably fundamental changes in the history of economics which happened from classical into neoclassical, and from neoclassical into behavioral economics respectively. These changes are the result of the social consciousness determined by the changed social being. We will argue that behavioral economics is advancing in mainstream economics but not the interdisciplinary subject or subversive theory, because it accommodates the analysis of the individuals' heterogeneous behavior and therefore, incorporates neoclassical economics as its special case which is based on the assumption of homogeneous economic rationality. Furthermore, because all of the scientific theories are relative truths, we can not regard certain stage of one theory as its unique and ultimate form, or abuse some theory as the basis of critique of other theories. Thus, behavioral economics is not the ultimate form of economics. It is only one stage of the history of economics and need more development. Economics is also in with the times
