Abstract
This article examines the theme of “openness to the world” from a Reformed Presbyterian Feminist perspective. It states that the openness God calls us to is expressed most simply as the call to “love your neighbor as yourself.” For defining such openness to the world, the author explores the meaning of the Reformed mantra “ecclesia reformata, semper reformanda, secundum verbum dei.” The second part of the article examines how the two themes, love of neighbor and “reformed and always reforming” are also part of Catholic traditions.
