Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho pretende investigar a gênese do espírito ético em textos de Hegel do período de Jena. Recorrendo à filosofia do espírito de 1803/04, pretende-se explicitar, primeiramente, a partir da compreensão da consciência como "meio" , pressupostos metodológicos para a estruturação do desenvolvimento conceitual da eticidade como uma teoria da formação da consciência; e, em seguida, interpretar a gênese do espírito ético a partir da "luta por reconhecimento" como articulação de sua constituição intersubjetiva e da relação entre indivíduo e substância ética. Finalmente, partindo da compreensão da razão prática como eticidade, oferecida por Hegel na Fenomenologia, pretende-se mostrar que Hegel manteve, além da conexão entre desenvolvimento conceitual da eticidade e teoria da consciência, aquela dupla direção da gênese do espírito ético.Palavras-chave: consciência - eticidade - intersubjetividade - filosofia do espírito - substância.: This paper intends to investigate the development of the "ethical spirit" in Hegel's Jena writings. Based on Hegel's notion of consciousness as "middle" , discussed in the philosophy of the spirit , the task is firstly to analyze the methodological conditions for the foundation of ethical life's unfolding on a consciousness theory. Then the aim is to consider the development of ethical spirit as a movement in which its intersubjective constitution and the relation of the individual to the ethical substance are articulated. Finally, starting with Hegel's conception of practical reason as ethical life, delineated in the Phenomenology, I argue that, besides the connection between consciousness theory and conceptual development of ethical life, Hegel maintained that two-fold constitution of the ethical spirit.
