Logic research on the one hand China is seen as the universal basis in logic, and then look for a study of its specificity; the other hand, this logic has no universal, even in China there is no logical thought and ideas. Personal problem that Chinese real logic of Gu and historical understanding and cultural issues are inseparable, but the two issues relate to aspects of the problem Why? Gu in the historical part of the solution, we are faced with methodological problems, the original Code, whether the correct solution Gu is now out of the historical background and then restore? Or they meet the reasonable principles of interpretation is the correct solution Gu; Second, the study of Chinese logic logic problems and cultural issues are often intertwined, and how cultural issues Can the decision logic, that different cultures have different logic does not hold the idea into what? If established, then what should build on what basis? These are the logic of China's problems can not be avoided. Many controversies have arises in the process of studying Chinese logic. The study of Chinese logic, on the one hand, is built on the universal ground of logic in turn to search for the specialties of Chinese logic. On the other hand, it was believed by some people there is no such logical universality or even the idea about logic in Chinese thinking. The writer believes that the problem with the study of Chinese logic is intimately linked with the annotations of historical materials and cultural issues. In terms of the annotations of historical materials, we are confronted with the question about methodologies. Should the correct annotations be taken away from the contemporary context and historically restored? Or should any explanatory principles that can give the rational explanations be the right annotations? Secondly, in the study of Chinese logic, the issue of logic and the issue of culture are often intertwined. Can cultural issues determine logic issues, that is, do different cultures have different logic thinking? If yes, what basis should the disposition be built on? These are the questions that the study of Chinese logic has to answer
