Abstract

The good health of a democratic State can be visualized by various elements, and the human rights situation is one of the paramount. This article analyses the role developed by the National Human Rights Commission of Mexico, since its creation up to nowadays, refl ecting on the main contributions for the consolidation of a more democratic State. _Published online_: 11 December 2017.
