The presidential election campaign in Russia 2012: characteristics, results and perspectives

Abstract

Examples of public opinion are considered as a factor of political responsibility on the example of the organized mass actions of protest, which took place in Ukraine in years 2005 – 2012. The concept of public opinion and political responsibility are specified. Possibility of public opinion to realizing political responsibility is described.
