    In this volume the author adopts a rather unusual and unorthodox position regarding selected constructs of modern micro-physics. For example, he argues that the hypothesis of extra-nuclear electrons is not required by any empirical or methodological considerations whatever, and that their supposition within the body of micro-physical theory is thus unwarranted and productive of several well-known epistemological dilemmas.
