The article focuses on the anthropology of criminal behavior in the European philosophy in the 16th -19th centuries.

Current knowledge of philosophical and logical investigations includes numerous gaps regarding the theory of judgment in the Lvov School of Philosophy. The aim of the paper is to show that the task of filling this gap is not without merit and to outline the way how to complete this task. Theoretical and methodological roots of theory of judgement of the Lvov School in philosophy lies in philosophy of Franz Brentano, whose views on logic have been identified as the first ever (...) revolt against Aristotelian logic. This fact increases the theoretical and practical value of attainments in the theory of judgement of the School as one of the most potent centers of Brentano’s philosophy, and justifies the necessity to scrutinize and systematize them. In turn, taking into consideration the fact that for specific interpretations of judgement in the School there were mainly innovative constructions of logic, conducting such a study seems to be crucial not only from the historical point of view but also can provide plenty of interesting issues and serve as the source of inspiration for contemporary logic and meta-logic research. Therefore the way how to complete the task of the paper is like following: to reconstruct a full range of theoretical propositions in the theory of judgment devised in the Lvov School; to explicate epistemic and ontic foundations of theoretical propositions of the School and to find, analytically develop, and introduce to science so far unknown scientific materials. Сучасний стан досліджень наукової спадщини львіської філософської школи має численні прогалини, однією з яких є теорія судження цієї школи. In this paper I intend to show how the idea of intentionality has been discussed in analytic tradition of philosophy. In philosophy of language, intentionality has been understood as being related with the problem of referentiality. In this context, referentiality was approached as a theory of the meaning where the issue is the relationship between the meaning of an expression, its linguistic form, and the referent such phrase expression refers to. However, philosophy of mind give intentionality a naturalistic account, trying (...) to explain it form the point of view of science. But al this attempts to naturalize intentionality stressed the difficulties of understanding this phenomenon from the point of view of natural science. (shrink)

Попри те, що «лінгвістичний поворот» і філософія мови канонізовані в статусі напрямку наукових досліджень лише на початку ХХ століття, осмислення мови як соціокультурного та історичного феномена віддзеркалює етап філософської рефлексії, який складає понад два тисячоліття. Людина здавна розмірковувала про сутність, причинно-насліднові зв’язки, функції і зумовленість мови різними факторами. Що стосується безпосередньо філософії мови, то нині основні дослідницькі зусилля зосереджені довкола двох її напрямів – критики мови як інструменту людського спілкування й мислення, а також інструментальних можливостей конкретної мови в той чи (...) інший період її розвитку. Сферу повноважень філософії мови найкраще продемонстровати переліком її основних проблем: різними аспектами розуміння, значення, концептуального аналізу тощо. (shrink)

Author explores formation of the principles of constructivist ontologies on the foundation of pluralism being taken as methodology. Views of R.Carnap, W.Quine and N.Goodman are analysed thereby. It’s being demonstrated that ontological statements in constructivism emerge not as metaphysical foregrounds, but rather as consequences of pragmatically oriented epistemologies.

Досліджуються проблеми становлення гуманістичного менеджменту як нової концепції управління суспільством в центрі якої не абстрактна людина, а чоловік і жінка з їх потребами і інтересами, різними можливостями для їх самовизначення і реалізації; обґрунтовується необхідність врахування гендерної складової при впровадженні принципів гуманістичного управління як необхідної умови демократизації, формування соціальної держави та громадянського суспільства.
