The prevalence and negative impact of brain disorders are increasing. Clinical Neuropsychology is a specialty dedicated to understanding brain-behavior relationships, applying such knowledge to the assessment of cognitive, affective, and behavioral functioning associated with brain disorders, and designing and implementing effective treatments. The need for services goes beyond neurological diseases and has increased in areas of neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions, among others. In Europe, a great deal of variability exists in the education and training of Clinical Neuropsychologists. Training models include (...) master’s programs, continuing education courses, doctoral programs, and/or post-doctoral specialization depending on the country, with no common framework of requirements, although patients’ needs demand equal competencies across Europe. In the past five years, the Standing Committee on Clinical Neuropsychology of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association has conducted a series of surveys and interviews with experts in the field representing 30 European countries. The information, along with information from the existing literature, is used in presenting an overview of current and relevant topics related to policy and guidelines in the training and competencies in Clinical Neuropsychology. An option for the way forward is the EuroPsy Specialist Certificate which is currently offered in Work- and Organizational psychology and Psychotherapy. It builds upon the Basic Certificate and complements national standards without overriding them. General principles can be found that can set the basis for a common, solid, and comprehensive specialty education/training, sharpening the Neuropsychologists’ competencies across Europe. The requirements in Clinical Neuropsychology should be comparable to those for the existing specialty areas in the EuroPsy model. Despite the perceived challenges, developing a Specialist Certificate appears a step forward for the development of Clinical Neuropsychology. Recommendations are proposed towards a shared framework of competencies by the means of a common level of education/training for the professionals in Europe. Benchmarking training standards and competencies across Europe has the potential of providing protection against unqualified and ethically questionable practice, creating transparency, raising the general European standard, and promoting mobility of both Clinical Neuropsychologists and patients in Europe, for the benefit of the professional field and the population. The multitude of training models and curricula for the specialty of clinical neuropsychology around the world has led to organized activities to develop a framework of core competencies to ensure sufficient expertise among entry-level professionals in the field. The Standing Committee on Clinical Neuropsychology of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations is currently working toward developing a specialty certification in clinical neuropsychology to establish a cross-national standard against which to measure levels of equivalency and uniformity in competence and service provision (...) among professionals in the field. Through structured interviews with experts from 28 European countries, we explored potential areas of core competency. Specifically, questions pertained to the perceived importance of a series of foundational, functional, and other competencies, as well as current training standards and practices, and optimal standards. Our findings revealed considerable agreement on academic and clinical training, despite varied actual training requirements currently, with fewer respondents relegating importance to training in teaching, supervision, and research, and even fewer to skills related to management, administration, and advocacy. European expert clinical neuropsychologists were in agreement with previous studies regarding the importance of sound theoretical and clinical training but management, administrative, and advocacy skills were not central to their perspective of a competent specialist in clinical neuropsychology. Establishing a specialty certificate in clinical neuropsychology based on core competencies may enable mobility of clinical neuropsychologists across Europe, and, perhaps, provide an impetus for countries with limited criteria to reconsider their training requirements and harmonize their standards with others. У статті розкрито механізм інтегрування культур села та міста в єдиний процес - творення радянської української культури, що ускладнювалося існуванням значних відмінностей між ними соціального, побутового та етнічного характеру. Пошуки оптимальних шляхів для подолання цих розбіжностей спричинили загострення протистояння різних політичних сил, мистецьких напрямків, позицій окремих діячів, яке часто із культурної сфери трансформувалося в площину політики.

The article is a response to the criticism of “conceptual Eurocentrism” expressed in the paper by A.A. Krushinsky at the Round Table on the Geography of Rationality on April 25, 2019. It deals with the main thesis of A.A. Krushinsky that in cross-cultural philosophical studies the Western conceptual matrix currently defines a single conceptual space for all participants, the language of Western philosophy acts as a trans-civilizational language in the world philosophy. The author of the article agrees with the main (...) thesis, however she does not agree with its arguments and two consequences: (a) it is necessary to consider Western rationality as “rationality as such,” and (b) there is no multi-polarity in the current philosophy though there are a lot of traditions of philosophical discourse, which identify and articulate themselves by means of Western conceptuality (that is why we may speak on so-called “philosophical geography” only). The arguments do not stand comparison with the search of future philosophy, conducted now by the world philosophical community. The search is aiming to equality of all philosophical traditions. The article proves that conceptual Eurocentrism is not so much a danger as an objective necessity. Its spread is a manifestation of tendency to creative mutual borrowing of cultural inventions. The tendency always had place, but it was not so obvious in the conditions of preglobal history. The consequences of Krushinskiy’s thesis are refuted by the evidence that the Western philosophers denied to use the concept universal rationality and began studies of the various types of rationality. The author also provides an example of the creative borrowing and use of European concepts “rationality,” “positive knowledge,” “truth,” “scientific method,” “hypothesis” by the Indian philosopher of science B. Seal, who applied these concepts to the Indian material. (shrink)

Kant’s moral proof of the postulate of immortality in the Critique of Practical Reason is often dismissed as a failed argument that trades on illicit conceptual shifts. I argue that Kant’s argument is more interesting and less problematic than is usually thought. I first examine its role in the second Critique’s Dialectic. I then point out that the standard interpretation, according to which the argument presupposes God’s intuitive grasp of the moral equivalence between the disposition to pursue holiness and its (...) attainment, faces a number of philosophical and textual problems. I offer an alternative reading that avoids these problems. In particular, I stress the importance of Kant’s mathematized conception of the relationship between infinite progress towards an ideal goal and its attainment and argue that appealing to this conception allows Kant to meet a well-known criticism that his proof illegitimately substitutes the endless progress towards holiness for holiness itself. Досліджується становлення та розвиток традиції християнської койнонії-громади як діалогічної форми соціальності: від часів перших століть християнства до доби Нового часу. Доведено, що койнонійний тип соціальності, сформувавшись за часів есхатологічного християнства, заснований на безпосередньому не відчуженому спілкуванні в модусах «учнівство» та «братство». За мірою трансформацій християнської громадськості та перетворенням християнства на державну релігію, відбулося посилення діалогу церкви з державою. Християнська громадськість перетворилася на об’єкт впливу й патерналістського піклування з боку означених комунікуючих сторін. Поступово формалізувався й статус православної громади, яка набула топологічних (...) і організаційних конотацій: спочатку у зв’язку з її міським розташуванням; потім із приналежністю до певного храму як осередку громади. Це й ознаменувало поступовий перехід від громади-койнонії до сучасної моделі – громади-парафії. Більш точно, враховуючи не лише парафіяльний, а й рівень єпископської громади – громади-еклезії. Що й узасадничило семантичний «дрейф» – від співжиття християнської громадськості як братерства у бік його топологічного (такого, що прикріплено до певного місця) або ж організаційного (такого, що прикріплено до організації) функціонування. Реформація поєднала християнську соціальну традицію з новою капіталістичною реальністю. Реформаторський рух XVI ст., ставши бунтом проти клерикалізму та ієрархічного свавілля, утворив новий консенсус між кліром та громадою, намагаючись відтворити первинний зразок громади-койнонії. У подальшому відбулися процеси адаптації протестантських церков до новочасних умов – у діалозі як з державою, так і з громадянським суспільством. (shrink)

The urgency of the research is determined by the intensive development of new technologies as prospects for further development of society. Art accumulates intellectual, spiritual, material, and value heritage of previous epochs and determines the perspective features of the future. Vocal art is thereby one of the manifestations of individual ideological rethinking. Variety as a socio-cultural phenomenon combines different styles of music, genres, types, and aspects of professional music and vocal performance, which is important for the research in the context (...) of social rethinking of future social development. Objective of the article is to determine specifics of pop vocal art, its long-term development as an aspect of integration into society of the future. The article reflects the essential characteristics of the concept of pop vocal art and worldview perception of art as an aspect of the future society. In the process of research a method of abstraction, descriptive method, methods of analysis and synthesis were used in the theoretical substantiation and characterization of pop music as a vocal art. The method of generalization and systematization was used to determine the results of the research. The results became the basis for asserting the importance of pop vocal art in the further development of society. (shrink)

Встановлено, що відмінності в розвитку агломерацій у світі і в Україні детермінуються різним баченням головних складових системи управління міськими агломераціями. Систематизовано головні моделі управлінських систем агломерацій у зарубіжних країнах, виявлено їхні негативні та позитивні сторони. Наведено приклади європейського та світового досвіду регулювання розвитку агломерацій. The symbolic world of Corpus Areopagiticum is considered here from the prospect of the dichotomy in similar and dissimilar similarity (the images). The dissimilar images are divided into decent, average andthe distant ones. The similarand dissimilar images of Areopagite describe the world system by cataphatic and apophatic approach. The apophatic one seems to be noticeably more important for the author, as in denial (what God is not) or as in applying of unworthy predicates concerning him, his fundamental transcendence and unknowability (...) become more expressive. Similarand dissimilar images are both the divine names from the NewTestament and the Old Testament respectively. They allow the agent of cognition get closer to the understanding of the universe structure. The divine names correspond to the so-called universal concepts which are considered in the works of contemporary linguistic conceptualistics. Anthropomorphic and zoomorphic characters of the Scripture belong to the dissimilar images, such as parts of the human body, wild animals etc. The most distant dissimilar images should be analyzed as the manifestations of the human passions applied to the naming or description of God. This is the most controversial aspect of the dissimilar similarities because of their provocative character for a profane reader. Thomas Aquinas, one of the ardent admirers of the Corpus, has denied it while considering the theory of images ("The Mystical Theology"). The works of Areopagite have become an example of combining the Eastern and Western traditions ofargumentation which still remains within the framework of the Christian experience. (shrink)

Many Kantians dismiss Kant’s claim that we have a duty to promote the highest good – an ideal world that combines complete virtue with complete happiness – as incompatible with the core of his moral philosophy. This dismissal, I argue, raises doubts about Kant’s ability to justify the moral law, yet it is a mistake. A duty to promote the highest good plays an important role in the justificatory strategy of the Critique of Practical Reason. In the present times of globalization, the issues of a high level of proficiency in foreign languages are especially relevant in the context of the significant need for specialists capable of working in an international environment. Foreign language proficiency is a significant condition for establishing and maintaining international business contacts, intensifying professional interaction with foreign colleagues. According to the Bologna Convention, knowledge of foreign languages is an important component of today's mobility of students, teachers and scientists in the context of (...) access to education, innovative research and teaching opportunities in the postmodern European space. All these factors justify the economic value of a knowledge of foreign languages and become one of the key components of the professional competence of future specialists in the postmodern space. Competitiveness of specialists is directly dependent on on the ability to process professional foreign literature, as well as on the usefulness of the ability to listen to lecture material and reports in a foreign language during conferences, round tables and seminars; from the ability to take part in an idiosyncratic conversation on professional and business topics; as well as the ability to search for new information on the Internet or in theoretical scientific sources of the world level; from the ability to prepare and conduct a presentation on a selected topic in postmodern society. The article presents the problem of formation and determination of the individuality of the subject included in the world of digital culture. The study focuses on educational practices as one of the key factors influencing human subjectivity. The methodological basis of this research is a critical analysis and a multidisciplinary approach. This made it possible to consider a person, his characteristics and the problems of his personality in the postmodern era, as well as to determine the features of the current (...) educational paradigm by comparing modern and postmodern educational models. The active development of mass media and Internet communications in the second half of the XX century is considered one of the factors that contributed to the significant ontological, axiological and anthropological transformations of modern culture, and also became one of the key factors in the formation of digital culture. The category of homo digitalis is explained as a unique phenomenon of the XXI century, its analysis is presented from different positions, including the definition of negative trends: decline of reflection, banalization of the New, primitive subjectivism, laziness, inability and unwillingness of analytical and critical mental activity, psychological problems, deviant manifestations, pedagogical vicissitudes and conflicts based on confrontations between generations, etc. Rejecting logocentrism and a rigid evaluative position, the study made an attempt to overcome skepticism regarding the expansion of digitalization into the educational process in the context of the modern problem of the massive introduction of distance education caused by the pandemic. It is proposed not to stigmatize the problems of individuality, which are characteristic of modern culture, as completely controlled by manipulative technologies, especially in relation to educational practices. The article touches upon the problem of concept “Indian tradition of rationality”. The author recalls a genetic link of the concept with Western philosophy. She notices the complexity of its application to Indian material, gives some examples in which the use of Western concepts of “reason”, “methods of cognition”, etc., leads to a distortion of the text’s meaning, and when an application of the criteria of Western logic to analysis of Indian philosophical discourse gives the readers an impression of its (...) absurdity. However, according to the author’s mind, the difficulties with the applying of Western concepts are not the sufficient grounds to abandon them. This conclusion follows from the presence of comparative studies by researchers belonging to both traditions, who compare successfully Western and Indian kinds of logico-epistemological type of rationality. The difficulties just bring up the questions about new instrumental concepts and methods of comparative studies more adequate to Indian culture. There are two possible directions for the studies of Indian tradition of rationality in connection with the revision of contents of the concepts in Western post- modern philosophy. In the first of them the concept of rationality can not to be used at all, then the phenomenology of practices of Indian discourse becomes the subject of research, i.e. the discourse images in different contexts, its explicit and implicit foundations and aims, which aren’t coincide with Western ones. In the second case Indian rationality can be analyzed in accordance with the criteria of transversal reason and transversal rationality. (shrink)

The citation index of Thomas Kuhn’s work may strike any imagination. “The Structure of Scientific Revolutions” is undoubtedly a twentieth-century record-breaker in the field of philosophy of science in terms of such a scientometric parameter. But such fame has been bitter in many ways and placed a heavy burden on the author. For several decades he has been the target of the harshest and most severe criticism. Often the concept of “normal science” and the “scientific revolution” as a “Gestalt switch” (...) was declared ridiculous and absurd. The paper analyses three lines of criticism of Kuhn’s concept: the first came from practicing scientists, the second from specialists in the philosophy of science, and the third from the field of social epistemology. Reproaches about the political bias of Kuhn’s concept were taken to extremes, since his views were widely popular. In our opinion, Kuhn should be called a victim of spontaneous hypercriticism. This circumstance did not allow him to improve the original model of scientific revolutions. In this respect, replacing the concept of “paradigm” with the concept of “disciplinary matrix” was a step backwards, not forwards. However, it is impossible to deny that in the field of the historiography of science, he acted as a real reformer. With the courage of Don Quixote, he defended the rights of historical reconstruction, the preservation of the historical past of science, which should not be completely assimilated within the framework of the modern system of knowledge. His motto was – “penetrate the minds of other people who lived in the past.” He boldly argued that in the process of historical development, science changes not only ideas about the object of knowledge, but also the reference of its ideas and concepts. Such a formulation of the question has not yet been fully reflected in modern epistemological concepts. (shrink)

The article considers the notary as a subject of active influence on the formation of postmodern democratic legal society, mediation of law in postmodern society. The constitutional definition of the state in this status does not mean that the civil law consciousness prevails in all spheres of its life. Since no person in society does not need this type of legal service, it is quite objective to consider this community as a subject whose activities should be considered as a subject (...) of formation not only of legal consciousness of society but also a leading subject of civil society. This primarily applies to private notaries, who, unlike public notaries, are fully responsible for the results of their activities. After all, a legal duty is organically combined with the responsibility from which the public notary is released. The study of the manifestations of the phenomenon of postmodernism is relevant to many disciplines, including - the philosophy of law. Modern research shows that classical types of legal understanding do not satisfy the understanding of postmodern law, which indicates the need to find a fundamentally new concept of law. The author concludes that the solution to this problem should be sought in the field of theories that offer new approaches to the interpretation of legal texts; this area is considered the most promising. Стаття присвячена проблемі визначення сутності культурних парадигм Заходу та Сходу. Зроблено смисловий акцент на питанні про причини розмежування західної та східної культурних традицій. Наголошується, що біфуркацію Схід–Захід неодмінно слід пов’язувати з періодом «осьового часу» (VIII–II ст. до н.е.), визначеного К. Ясперсом як центральний момент, вихідна точка світової історії, осягнення смислу якої здатне наблизити до розуміння всесвітньої історії в цілому. З огляду на питання про причини біфуркації Схід–Захід доводиться важливість і продуктивність дослідження Е. С. Кульпіна, який з позицій соціоприродної історії запропонував (...) пояснення феномена поляризації матриць соціальних цінностей Сходу й Заходу й обгрунтував, що ця поляризація була зумовлена першою чергою наявністю двох негативних тенденцій у кліматі Землі періоду «осьового часу» – аридизації та похолодання раннього залізного віку. Особливу увагу у статті приділено проблемі визначення сутності й з’ясуванню причин поляризації світоглядних цінностей Заходу та Сходу. Доводиться необхідність врахування того, що К. Ясперсу вдалося лише зафіксувати феномен «осьового часу», проте не вдалося його пояснити, тобто показати його значення в контексті «до-осьових» і власне «осьових» культур, що, врешті решт, і призвело до наявності своєрідних «білих плям» – порушених, але так і не розв’язаних питань в його концепції. У зв’язку з цим було показано, що ліквідувати, «закрити» ці «білі плями» дає можливість здійснення компаративного аналізу концепцій двох авторів – К. Ясперса та М. О. Чмихова. Головним здобутком проведення такого роду компаративного аналізу стала ідея про те, що поляризація світоглядних матриць Заходу та Сходу зумовлена реальною загрозою трансформації перевіреної не одним тисячоліттям світоглядної «формули» П>С (домінування у світогляді природних сил над соціальними) на свою протилежність (С>П) саме в «осьовий» період. Більше того – в такий спосіб вдалося пов’язати докорінно відмінний зміст систем соціальних цінностей Заходу та Сходу зі змістом їхніх діаметрально протилежних світоглядних парадигм. (shrink)

This can be explained by the fact that it is mystical cognition that enables a person to fully discover his spiritual potential and experience the experience of union with the Absolute. At the same time, a number of unanswered questions arise that may be the object of study. Above all, various religions offer their own ways of attaining the mystical state and differently consider the following problems concerning (...) it: the essence of the Absolute and being, the place of man in the world, the nature of his relationship with God, the main purpose of mystical practice, practical ways and basic means of union with the Absolute. З огляду на проблеми сьогодення, коли в умовах глобалізації у взаєминах людини з природою відбуваються зміни негативного характеру, надзвичайно актуальними є питання, пов’язані з екологічною освітою. Показано, що першорядною є проблема екологічної відповідальності за соціальну, економічну, політичну, технічну, наукову, культурну та інші види людської діяльності. Актуальність також обумовлена і потребою у філософському осмисленні екологічних знань, які повинні нести у собі ставлення до природи як до найвищої цінності, що сприяє формуванню життєво-ціннісних орієнтацій сучасної людини. В статті здійснюється філософське осмислення еволюції екологічної (...) освіти, з’ясовуються закономірності, сутнісні і змістовні характеристики її становлення. Через узагальнену інформацію здійснюється спроба побудови розгорнутої картини її розвитку, а також підкреслюється провідне значення екологічної освіти у прогнозуванні майбутнього. Розкривається потреба реформування системи освіти відповідно до реалій і вимог сучасного життя. Перед освітою постає складне завдання: спрямувати людину і суспільство на те, щоб природа з об’єкта діяльності перетворилася на носія найвищої цінності – цінності життя. Отже, екологічна освіта повинна формувати відповідальність людини за природу, за її збереження та оновлення і реалізовувати її життєву цінність на практиці. Доведено, що лише взаємозв’язок технократичного, гуманітарного і екологічного мислення має забезпечити систему освіти, що діє на випередження, де екологічні питання будуть засадничими в навчальних програмах усіх без винятку спеціальних та професійно орієнтованих дисциплін. Шлях розвитку сучасного суспільства зорієнтований на постійне збільшення виробництва і споживання природних ресурсів, що спричиняє глобальну екологічну кризу. Показано, що формування нового способу взаємин людини, техніки й природи є першочерговим завданням сучасної цивілізації. Актуальність також обумовлена і потребою формування життєво-ціннісних орієнтацій, зокрема відповідальному й гуманному відношенню як до природи, так і до людини. В статті розкрито, що саме життєво-ціннісні орієнтації сучасної людини мають сформувати екологічно зорієнтовану діяльність. Ціннісні орієнтації, які становлять внутрішню складову свідомості, а також самосвідомості людини, відіграють значну роль (...) у спрямованості її життєво-ціннісних орієнтацій, тому що, орієнтуючи на них свої вчинки, особистість у результаті утверджує своє свідоме ставлення до сущого й належного. Відповідно до цього пізнання, яке є активністю людського розуму й здатне отримувати науково вивірені етичні та інші знання, повинно пояснити норми морального належного по відношенню до природи, які необхідні сучасному суспільству, де відбуваються якісні зміни глобального характеру. Зважаючи на це, доведено необхідність принципово нових підходів до екологічної освіти – вона не просто має інформувати про стан речей, а навчати дієвим засобам протидії екологічно-кризовим явищам в усіх сферах життя. Ці питання підпорядковані тому, щоб суспільство стало відповідальним за екологічні наслідки науково-технічного прогресу і щоб надати йому соціально-гуманістичного спрямування і саме через екологічні знання, які трансформуються в процесі освіти в життєво-ціннісні орієнтації. The following study examines the critical interplay between ideology, mediated reality, and the role that individuals’ perceptions, beliefs, and actions play in this process. In doing so, the study delves into the examination of the way power structures and dominant narratives proceed into influencing cultural expression and, consequently, impact social action. It is thus argued that in contemporary society, the Situationist notion of “the spectacle” has replaced any understanding of reality and created a reified social world dominated by commodities that (...) reinforce dominant ideologies and determine subjective perceptions. Furthermore, the paper addresses the impact of this mediated reality on personal subjectivity and agency. Drawing on Marx’s metaphor of the “camera obscura” as ideology, it argues for a transformative “reversal of perspective” that changes how individuals view and engage with their environment. Ultimately, this study underscores the profound impact of “the spectacle” on social relations, ideology, and perception. It argues for a transformative and creative approach that challenges individuals to resist the grasp of the spectacle, reclaim their agency, and develop new perspectives for interacting with the world. The extensions of the gaze subtly refer to the basis of economy manifested as “false consciousness” reflected by the camera obscura as an inverted image but readjusted with the tools of spectacles and mirrors within the reflective apparatus. У статті досліджено причини духовної кризи студентської молоді сучасної України. Підкреслено, що головним завданням вищих навчальних закладів з підвищення рівня духовної культури студентів є національне виховання через залучення молоді до відродження національної культури та оволодіння загальносвітовими цінностями. Interest in the Eastern religions has arisen for a long time and has not subsided so far. A common picture of many Ukrainian cities is the people in orange clothing who chant the Hare Krishna mantra and actively promote religious literature. These are members of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness, an Indian religious movement that has become more popular outside India than in India itself.

The article aims to determine socio-economic causes of the emergence of an oligarchy and its functions in the Ukrainian economy in the context of postmodernism. The essence of postmodernism is worldview-philosophical, economic and political systems collapse. This is a kind of opposition to modernism. As for the economy during postmodernism, namely its formation, the changes relate to the view of social relations and human activity. So, oligarchic Ukraine is trying to solve its problems personally. However, a holistic view on the (...) concept of oligarchy is falling apart, since the dominance of financial and industrial groups in the economy of Ukraine monopolizes entire economic sectors, and authorities of different levels in different ways protect not so much the interest of the Ukrainian people, but the interest of its richest layer. Most Ukrainian oligarchs were able to earn their capital in the 1990s, using any opportunity. It was quite cheap redistribution of state property, friendship with the authorities, seizure of someone else’s property. At the same time, oligarchs successfully used imperfect legislation. They simply rewritten it “for themselves”, repeatedly using “substitute” politicians. It is concluded that at the present stage of Ukraine’s development, the oligarchy has not only ceased to fulfill its stabilizing function, but also turned into the main obstacle to modernization processes. Therefore, the current civilization choice of Ukraine, in particular, is important paradigm of comprehension and strategy of action. (shrink)

У статті обстоюється думка, що творенням законів мають займатися фахівці, а суспільство має забезпечити їх правову підготовку, насамперед через надання високоякісної правової освіти. This article develops an analytical framework to study the role of narratives in markets and argues that there is a relationship between the structure and composition of narratives produced by market actors and market dynamics. With respect to theory, the article bridges the perspectives that study markets as cultures and as fields and draws from the organizational studies approach to the analysis of narratives. Two empirical cases of the crises narratives in the emerging contemporary art markets of Russia and India (...) illustrate the use of the framework. The analysis is based on in-depth interviews with artists and art dealers as well as observations in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, New Delhi, and Mumbai conducted between April 2012 and June 2013. The article shows that there is a widely shared crisis narrative with a coherent structure in the Indian art market. In contrast, fragmented and contested stories that lack narrative structure dominate in the Russian art market. The analysis of the first case highlights the narrative structure and shows the productive work it does in the Indian market—it provides a moral justification of existing market norms and produces a perspective for the future. The analysis of the second case focuses on the context of narrative production and connects the conflicting interpretations of the crisis in the Russian art market to contested hierarchies and persistent uncertainty. It is set that on the modern stage basic activity of scientific school is sent to development: basic elements of the ecologically balanced crop rotations in the systems agricultures of steppe zone, that (...) provides the receipt of high-quality products, extended recreation of fertility of soil and guard of environment; scientific government of the agrarian systems and introduction of crop rotations productive potential bases in the systems of agriculture of steppe zone, adapted to the natural environment; basic elements of the ecologically balanced crop rotations in the systems of agriculture of steppe zone on the basis of data of agrarian and ecological diagnostics that will provide the stable receipt of high-quality products and extended recreation of fertility of black earth; crop rotations in the systems of agriculture during optimization of correlation of the landed lands, application of effective technologies of production of agricultural goods in the zone of Steppe. Basic directions of activity of scientists-founders of scientific school, and also their students and followers and their contribution, are set to development of science about crop rotations in the systems of agriculture in Ukraine and world. Their ponderable long-term experience and thorough knowledge from the problems of development of crop rotations matter very much and actuality for the future scientists of our state. (shrink)

The aestheticization of everyday life is a multidimensional socio-cultural phenomenon. The study of the history of everyday life is today one of the most relevant areas of modern science.This research aims to identify the origins of the process of aestheticization of everyday life in Modern times and the expansion of time boundaries beyond its philosophical understanding in the XVIII century. The purpose of the study is to analyze the historical material of the XVII century, demonstrating that the processes of aestheticization (...) and theatricalization of everyday life took place at this time. In France of the XVII century, there are all conditions for the process of aestheticization and theatricalization of everyday life. The process of socialization of elites is completed by the middle of the XVII century, a new aesthetic taste and aesthetic ideal is being formed, which can be transferred to the subject-spatial environment, art is being institutionalized and the luxury industry is emerging. In the XVII century, we see not only the artistic and aesthetic design of the subject-spatial environment, but also an absolutely obvious expansion of artistic life beyond art, when everyday life is likened to art, bodily needs such as sleep, nutrition, toilet are aestheticized and dramatized. There was also a change in the canons of behavior and appearance under the influence of a new aesthetic ideal. The process of aestheticization in the XVII century was not of a mass nature, remaining elitist and affecting only the social elite. However, the model or mechanism of the aestheticization of everyday life, created in the XVII century, persists for the next centuries, spread across Europe and reach Russia. (shrink)

Issues of style in art are fundamental issues of modern aesthetics, since style is put forward in a number of main categories of art, acting as a principle of the organization of aesthetic form. It is no coincidence that over the past century, the attention of numerous researchers has been drawn to the XVII century - the beginning of the history of aesthetics of modern times, in which, perhaps, the root of modern problems lies. In this respect, the XVII century (...) seems to be the most grateful material for a discussion about style, since in the XVII century great styles arise that will develop and transform in the following centuries and will determine the development of art for many decades - classicism and Baroque. Since the 30s of the XX century, in studies devoted to the study of literature and art of the XVII century, a departure from the theory of classicism of the XIX century is planned. The first stage of this turn is the study of the creativity of the "pillars of classicism", which demonstrated that it has nothing to do with hierarchized academicism and reverence for norms. The desire to please the public, which was initially perceived as the main paradox in the theory of classicism, is further formulated by researchers as the presence of a different aesthetic. The next stage - the term "classicism" itself is criticized as late, evaluative, giving this era the meaning of the absolute. As a result, many researchers come to the conclusion that in France of the XVII century there was no literary and aesthetic doctrine as a single and "classical" one. Finally, the third stage of the study - the appeal to a single anthropo-socio-cultural concept of history, the use of sociological methods to highlight the gallant ethos allows us to conclude that classicism is a phenomenon in the field of art, gallantry is not only an artistic phenomenon, but also a social one. The purpose of the study is to analyze the processes of implementing the import substitution policy, based on the use of techniques and methods of influencing participants in market relations used by public authorities, which make it possible to identify its strengths and weaknesses and build the author's vision of directions for its stabilization. The authors focus on the prevailing opinion on the phased implementation of the import substitution policy, as well as on its application as a retaliatory measure to (...) the current sanctions regimes. The analysis of scientific sources on the issues under study allows us to draw a conclusion about its special status as a tool for the development of territories. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the author's position of the reasons for the reduction in the production of the main import-substituting food products, as well as changes in the import supply of food products. As a result, the authors expressed the need to change the approaches used to stimulate the production of food products based on the principles of innovation and science. (shrink)
