Запропоновано розробити єдину концепцію зрівноваженого розвитку сільських територій України, яка б ґрунтувалася на "Стратегії інтелігентного і зрівноваженого розвитку, який сприяє суспільній активності", що використовується країнами ЄС, та включала підтримку зайнятості на сільських територіях і допомогу в збереженні соціальних структур на селі; покращення сільської економіки й підтримку диверсифікації; урахування структурної різноманітності сільськогосподарських систем, покращення кондиції малих підприємств та розвиток місцевих (...) ринків; запровадження для сільських населених пунктів міських стандартів рівня якості життя. The article examines the possibilities of using the mechanisms of public-private partnership when implementing the projects on urban agglomerations development. Specific features of the urban agglomerations development are identified. They are based on combining the efforts of the territorial communities and aimed at implementing joint projects by attracting the appropriate resources, which allows to obtain an agglomeration effect and ensure the improvement of the quality of life of the population. It was proved that to implement joint projects on the basis (...) of using the mechanisms of public-private partnership it is necessary to attract private investors. The experience of using the mechanisms of public-private partnership in Ukraine is analyzed in two directions: by region and by type of activity. It was found that a significant part of projects with using public-private partnership mechanisms in the sphere of life support for large cities and agglomerations is carried out in the form of a concession. Concession allows to attract financial resources needed for the implementation of the development projects due to the ability to manage property over a long period of time, and also helps to prevent a monopolistic increase in the cost of services. The necessity of expanding the use of mechanisms of public-private partnership when implementing joint projects on the development of life support sphere for urban agglomerations was substantiated. Undoubtedly, it will be of great interest for private investors. In particular, it is the improvement of the tariff setting and tariff regulation policy, a strict control over the targeted use of funds, the transparency and economic certainty of costs, the balance of economic interests and the responsibility of those people who take part in the implementation of public-private partnership projects. Here, the scheme of the formation and implementation of joint projects on public-private partnership is presented that includes the observance of certain principles, the use of appropriate regulatory, economic and organizational methods, as well as the support of the economic security through risk management. Scientific approaches to improving the regulatory support for the use of public-private partnership mechanisms have been generalized, and the directions for making changes in the current legislation have been determined. The above measures will contribute to increased use of public-private partnership mechanisms when implementing joint projects aimed at developing the sphere of life support for urban agglomerations. The relevance of the mentioned topic of research consists in the definition of the phenomenon “metamodernism”, which in modern humanitarian knowledge and in literary and artistic practice determines the need to distinguish and analyze “segments” of European humanism as means of in-depth reproduction. The main goal of this study, considering the creative and research potential of “segments” that contributed to the gradual layering of specific features of European humanism, is the reconstruction of “for” and “against” those processes that caused the (...) development of a single cultural space. The basis of the methodological approach in this study is the principles of historicism with the assignment of analytical, comparative, and chronological approaches to the determination of a wide range of issues that are of significant importance in the context of the stated topic. The results obtained during the implementation of this research, and the conclusions formulated on their basis, are of significant importance in the context of determining the key trends in the recognition of the creative and searching tendencies of European humanism, which play an important role in the process of forming a single cultural space. The article is devoted to the research of the information service of open data in the context of influence on the development of the regional economy. The concepts of "ecosystem", "open data", their essence and significance as endogenous and exogenous factors are considered. The state of development of separate elements of the open data ecosystem formed in Ukraine is characterized. The foreign experience of organizing such information resources has been analyzed. The main problems are identified, such as weak integration of (...) regional information resources into a single open data system, insufficient use of the potential of domestic IT professionals. The paper looks into prospects of using mobile applications in the regional information market. It reviews global trends in their introduction rates, based on development of mobile devices and new information technologies. Mobile applications are classified, their most popular types for business and community described. The author provides rationale for some directions of market expansion owing to a growing share of smartphones in the total number of mobile phones and an increase in the number of Internet users. Some specific features (...) of the regional information market performance and its main participants are identified. The paper presents economic performances of companies by regions of Ukraine as a critical economic factor in using mobile applications. The banking sector and trade are defined as the most favorable lines of activity. The following bottlenecks in the use of mobile applications by domestic banks are identified as compared to those in Europe, specifically in Poland: a low rate of activity in this field and insufficient number of Internet users. The author analyzes functional capabilities of active software in the most successful banks of Ukraine. Services of the most popular mobile applications offered by major companies with regional representatives are examined. There are some factors identified, which adversely affect the shaping of community demand for mobile applications, such as regional disproportions in the flow of income as well as high purchase costs of food commodities and extremely low purchase costs of household appliances. The author gives some positive examples of promoting mobile applications in local information markets in the field of public transport. It is established that prospects of further use of mobile applications in the regional information market depend on enhancement of financial stability of economic entities and an increase of the income level of the population. Globally, universities make use of peer physical examination in health professions students’ teaching of physical examination skills. PPE has many educational benefits, such as teaching normal anatomy and function, development of compassion and empathy, to feel what it is like to be examined from a patient’s perspective, improvement of communication skills, correcting errors in technique and improve confidence. The benefits for patients include protection from repeated examinations by unskilled students. The aim of the study was to investigate health sciences students’ (...) perceptions of the ethical aspects of PPE. A qualitative investigation, which included two focus group interviews with students and one with lecturers, was used for data collection. Most students and lecturers regarded PPE as beneficial, as it provides a safe environment for students in the health sciences to improve their clinical competence and confidence, without fear of embarrassment or failure. Students stated that PPE promoted the development of empathy with and respect for their patients. It was suggested that in a culturally diverse society, guidelines specifically related to religious customs and convictions should be provided to give students an indication of appropriate and acceptable behaviour towards fellow students when practising PPE. The use of PPE in the training of students in the health professions should support the ethical principles of Beauchamp and Childress, namely beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy and justice/fairness. Узагальнено підходи до організації ринку житлово-комунальних послуг міста і практику його регулювання у країнах ЄС, а також досвід використання інструментів інноваційного розвитку та управління об'єктами у сфері життєзабезпечення міста. Визначено можливості впровадження зарубіжного досвіду в практику розвитку ринку житлово-комунальних послуг українських міст.

The article analyzes the basic principles of state policy in the sphere of culture. The specific mission of cultural awareness is determined in the national socio-cultural context. The study highlights the key concepts of contemporary cultural policy in Ukraine, including "management culture" and "cultural support". The article discloses their role in the national public identity. The authors conclude on the necessity of substantial organizational and managerial reform of cultural policy on the principle of consistency in maintaining spiritual achievements of Ukrainian (...) people and its traditions with simultaneous modernization of cultural life of society. Запропоновано авторський підхід до поділу наративних джерел вітчизняного протестантизму, на підставі чого авторка визначає розбіжності між протестантською самопрезентацією власних наративних джерел та їх релігієзнавчим аналізом.

Obligatory social reporting for state-owned enterprises is indicated. It was noted that an important area of regulation of social responsibility of business by the state is the environment, due to the high level of pollution and industrial character of the country's economy. У статті розглядається історично динамічне відображення феномена «зачаклованості» соціального світу у міфологічних, філософських і наукових психологічних знаннях. На прикладі ставлення до міфів та їхнього місця у психологічних знаннях показано не лише співіснування та взаємний вплив різних парадигм знань, а й циркуляція між ними інформації та методів роботи з нею. Спільно уявлені міфи від часів Когнітивної революції до сьогодні створюють уявні реальності, які є умовою успішної співпраці людей у групах будь-яких розмірів. Розкриваються причини боротьби з міфами з метою «розчаклування» світу та (...) одночасне виникнення їх нових форм. У статті обґрунтовується логіка формування моделей медичної етики в контексті змін поглядів на природу людини та парадигм соціальності. Показано, що хвороби і лікування здавна виконували соціальні функції. З Осьового часу можна виокремити моделі медичної етики. У давньогрецькій медицині постає модель Гіппократа з принципом «не нашкодь», у якому відображається тогочасне природне бачення соціопорядку. Патерналістична модель Парацельса формується навколо принципу «роби добро» в ієрархічно структурованому суспільстві, порядок персоналізованих зв’язків у якому був укорінений у трансцендентному. В обох традиційних моделях лікар як інструмент у (...) руках Бога мав допомагати відновлювати встановлену Творцем гармонію. Індустріальне суспільство, як створене людьми, підносить деонтологічну модель «виконання обов’язку» людиною-творцем. Біоетичний принцип «поваги прав і гідності людини» переважає у мережевому інформаційному суспільстві, виходячи за межі медицини і поширюючись на всі сфери життя. У сучасній медицині сьогодні співіснують в індивідуальній лікарській практиці всі означені моделі медичної етики. (shrink)

В статті розглядається процес формування соціальності, як особливого новочасного виміру буття людини. Фіксуються зміни в сприйнятті таких її атрибутів, як соціальний час і простір, системи цінностей та пам’яті, зміни в уявленнях про мораль, істину та її пізнання. Досліджується тема «зачаклованого» і «розчаклованого» світу, сакрального і профанного у створенні соціальної тканини. Соціальність аналізується в контексті уявлених спільнот, спільнот та суспільства, суспільства та колективів (в розумінні Б. Латура). Системи модерної інтеграції суспільства описуються через «нову» особистість із її «свободо-буттям» та владою над нею.

У статті висвітлено особливості кандидатських творів студентів Київської духовної академії (КДА) ХІХ – початку ХХ ст. як найважливішого елементу їхньої освітньо-наукової підготовки. Спираючись на широке коло першоджерел (статути духовних академій, укази Св. Синоду, журнали Конференції КДА, звіти та протоколи засідань академічної Ради, рукописні та друковані кандидатські твори випускників КДА, їхні спогади тощо), автор спростовує хибне ототожнення творів на здобуття ступеня кандидата богослов’я, написаних у православних духовних академіях Російської імперії, з сучасними кандидатськими дисертаціями. Розглядаючи ці твори як кваліфікаційні роботи на здобуття (...) освітнього ступеня кандидата богослов’я, аналогічні за статусом до сучасних дипломних робіт здобувачів вищої освіти, автор доводить, що такий підхід не применшує їхнього важливого значення і потужного джерельного потенціалу у вивченні наукового доробку духовних академій ХІХ – початку ХХ ст. На прикладі Київської духовної академії у статті розкрито вагому роль самостійної дослідницької роботи студентів, опанування ними навичок академічного читання та письма у написанні якісних кандидатських творів; з’ясовано процедурні моменти, пов’язані з їхньою підготовкою, рецензуванням та оцінюванням. На підставі збережених рукописів кандидатських творів студентів КДА окреслено їхню проблематику, що стосувалася питань біблеїстики, патрології, догматичного, порівняльного, морального, пастирського богослов’я, літургіки, гомілетики, розгляд яких здійснювався переважно на історичному матеріалі. Наголошено на особливій популярності у КДА, як і в інших духовних академіях, досліджень із церковно-історичної тематики – зокрема й вивчення історії Православної Церкви та її ієрархії в так званому Південно-Західному краї Російської імперії (фактично – на українських теренах), а також історії Київської Академії XVII–ХІХ ст. У статті з’ясовано, що всупереч вимозі Св. Синоду пропонувати й обирати для кваліфікаційних праць теми суто богословського змісту, в КДА знаходили можливість реалізовувати зацікавлення студентів іншими гуманітарними науками – передусім філософією, свідченням чого є понадсто збережених рукописів кандидатських творів із філософської проблематики. У статті розглядаються проблеми просторового взаємозв'язку домашнього і політичного світів. Автор зупиняється на теоретико-методологічному підході Е. Гуссерля, який має евристичну цінність для дослідження феномену життєвого світу. Використовується феноменологічна інтерпретація типів історичності Е. Гуссерля в семантиці поділу соціального простору на своє і чуже. Аналізуються відмінності в утворенні домашнього і чужого світів. Показано, що кожна культурна група сформована на фундаменті стійкої культурної матриці. Симетричність культурних відмінностей у рамках "батьківського поля" дає основу для розуміння, розсуває кордони і розширює горизонти домашнього світу. Діалог подано (...) як продуктивну стратегію толерантної комунікації. Вивчення ідентичності необхідне для розуміння особливостей діалогу культур в умовах політичного конфлікту. (shrink)

This commentary identifies two problems concerning the switch mechanism: The model explains too few instances of switching, and the switching mechanism itself seems fallible. The improvements we suggest are to clarify the nature of the competing intuitions as the initial intuition and its negation or alternative ways to solve the problem, and to incorporate cognitive disfluency into the switching mechanism.

The problem of tolerance is analyzed against the background of the acute challenges of today and transformation of humanities from antiquity to postmodernism. Tolerance-related definitions arose in philosophy are examined retrospectively: patience, tolerance, respect, trust, harmony in diversity. The methodological significance of the integrative interdisciplinary prism in consideration of the phenomenon of tolerance is shown. Three leading sociocultural and communicative strategies of tolerance in social agreements have been identified: tolerant internal dialogue, tolerant communication with the world, tolerant interpersonal communication. The (...) limits of tolerance are outlined, beyond which it becomes quasi-tolerance, because behind the simulacrum of tolerance hides indifference, conformism of communicators, or sprouts of intolerance, aggression, mobbing. With the help of sociological and synergetic theories the idea of balance of tolerance in psychological, mental and spiritual, physical aspects of human existence is defended. Autotolerance is due to human self-knowledge, sound self-esteem, developed mental and emotional quotient, and under such conditions it strategically determines a tolerant dialogue with the world, a constructive worldview. In turn, it needs critical thinking and an ecological attitude to information, especially in the context of media manipulation and phubbing. The simulacrum of modern pop literature on positive thinking is outlined, in contrast to which the life-creating potential of practical philosophy is revealed, which contributes to creation of socio-cultural and communicative communities. The article is devoted to study of totalitarian and democratic types of rhetoric. The classical dichotomy of rhetorical influence has been discovered: monologic use of rhetoric as a verbal weapon through propaganda, demagoguery, populism, creation of the image of an enemy, division of society and dialogical use of rhetoric as consolidating communication, truth-seeking, social consent and understanding. It is shown that the trigger of democratic and totalitarian regimes is the existential of freedom. The active influence of the postmodern rhetoric of (...) the information age in its performativity in the acquisition of snack culture is determined, which significantly strengthens the manipulative strategies. Totalitarian tendencies of digital rhetoric are found in information warfare technologies, in the processes of censorship, ambivalence and negativism of information, spreading fake news, igniting conflicts in mass media. Militarization of vocabulary and spread of obscene language in ordinary communication as factors of compensatory aggression of the population, the danger of excessive information transparency of people’s private lives are noted. Democratism of the digital rhetoric is manifested in such phenomena as the direct creation of e-democracy, access of citizens to e-voting, e-services, e-petitions, overcoming digital inequality, the ability to communicate with officials and public officers live on TV and radio, in social networks. Democratic principles of rhetoric, especially in Ukraine as a state of “transitional democracy” should be supported by quality education, fostering critical thinking and activity of civil society. The article is devoted to the study of the borderland as a social and cultural phenomenon. The concept of borderline space can be realized in recruitment and solution of boundary and place. It is necessary to consider that the вorderlands may be considered as geographically and procedurally. It is outlines the history of the formation of the concepts of borderand and frontier. A boundary can be called the limited space, the time, the line of separation of a territory. The border (...) is a line that divides the earth or water of the neighbouring states. Frontier has its own characteristics compared with the border and the boundary. It is the territory of the movable boundary and it is characterized by specificity and complexity of intercultural interactions. The main features of the frontier are uncertainty and instability. He has a higher mobility than cultural heartland, creates new forms of cultural contacts, based on the values of individualism, freedom, respect for the individual, entrepreneurship. In an English-speaking environment there are some notions, that denote a limit, therefore, there are studies of different kinds of boundaries: вoundary studies, вorder studies, frontier studies. Conceptualization of the phenomenon of the borderland was analyzed, it was defined socio-cultural specifics and dynamics. The broadsemantics of the borderland contains inter-ethnic boundaries, the existence of small cultural groups, search of religious symbios is at interfaith space and linguistic diversity of the border of language forms. Its meaning may reflect the colonial character, the unrealizability and the incompleteness of the certain area surrounded by the dominant forces, but it can discover the potential of cultural interaction. It presents a socio-philosophical analysis of domestic and foreign research of the classification of the borderland. As the base of the typology it used classification based on the nature of intercultural communicative processes of borderareas. It is established that borderland is a region with social, cultural, economic, political specifics. It was found that the poly-variance frontier depends on the nature of the border. There is a significant integrating potential of the borderland as a territory of intercultural interaction. (shrink)

Статтю присвячено аналізу та визначенню топосу як філософського поняття. В античній логіці і риториці топос був артикульований як метафора для характеристики «місць», де дослідник міг знайти аргументи відповідно до теми. Показано, що формування думки з певної проблеми відбувається за допомогою топосів, які організовують мисленнєвий простір, підтверджуються соціальним досвідом і беруть участь у конструюванні соціального світу. Топос є елементом мисленнєвої схеми, яка організована в логіці просторового сприйняття світу. Топологічна стратегія дослідження соціальних явищ враховує не лише характеристики самих об’єктів аналізу, а й (...) контексти і соціокультурне середовище, в яке вони вписані. У соціальній топології поняття «топос» постає конвенціональним і залежить від зміни умов, які формують і приймають діючі соціальні суб’єкти. Топос розглядається як межа, рамка об’єкта аналізу. Межі не є самодостатніми, а визначаються через відношення до іншого простору, як перехід з одного простору в інший. (shrink)

The article for the first time in the scientific literature highlights the place and role of the Institute of Philosophy of H. S. Skovoroda of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the creation and development of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (NaUKMA), established 1992. Focusing on important role of the scientists of the Institute of Philosophy in the actualization of the intellectual heritage and institutional memory of the glorious Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (...) (KMA, 1615‒1817), the article stresses the direct involvement of scientists and philosophers of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the revival of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy as a modern university, started 30 years ago by a group of Ukrainian scientists and educators headed by Vyacheslav Briukhovetskyi, and training of the first bachelors and masters of philosophy in Ukraine. Revealing the main goal of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies of NaUKMA – the formation of a new generation of Ukrainian philosophers whose professional level meets modern Western standards, the author focuses attention on the model of philosophical education formed in cooperation with scientists of the Institute of Philosophy, innovative for the post-Soviet era. This model is based on a combination of general humanitarian and professional training, educational process and scientific studies, students’ in-depth knowledge of both history as well as modern directions and trends of philosophical thought, primary sources on classical and modern philosophy, proper mastery of foreign languages with the aim of directly studying the original heritage of the worldwide and Ukrainian philosophical thought, as well as the latest research literature. Outlining the achievements of the leading specialists of the Institute in the field of teaching and implementation of philosophical educational programs of NaUKMA, the author proves that their long-term cooperation with the university has become not only one of the fundamental foundations of the NaUKMA’s philosophical school, but also a powerful stimulus for professional development and creative self-realization of its Institute colleagues. The article dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Dmytro Vasyliovych Pospiekhov, a philosopher, psychologist, theologian and translator, for the first time in the scientific literature, highlights the milestones of his academic biography and more than 50 years of professor’s tenure at the Department of Philosophy of Kyiv Theological Academy. Based on the analysis of a significant array of printed sources and archival documents, memories of colleagues and students of Dmytro Pospiekhov, the content and specifics of his educational, administrative, editorial and (...) publishing, translation activities at the Academy were revealed for the first time; his important role in the training of professional philosophers, the development of philosophical education and the spread of philosophical knowledge in the East Slavic territories was proven. Paying special attention to Dmytro Pospiekhov’s methods of teaching of philosophical disciplines, the author emphasizes his lecturing methodology, innovative for the theological academies of the time, as well as the heuristic, religious, educational, and moral impact on the students. A special emphasis is placed on Dmytro Pospiekhov’s scientific and editorial activities, his biographical and bibliographic studies, his role in the preservation and studying of the heritage of prominent philosophers and theologians of Kyiv Theological Academy of the 1820s‒1840s: Archpriest Ivan Skvortsov, Archimandrite Theophanes, Sylvestr Hohotskyi. Analyzing Dmytro Pospiekhov’s printed works for the first time, the author reveals the content and significance of his theological and philosophical study of the Book of Wisdom, which emphasizes the direct connection of this Judaic source to the philosophical teachings of Philo of Alexandria, Plato, and the Stoics. The author also draws attention to the significant research potential of Dmytro Pospiekhov’s manuscript heritage, linking it with the study of the prospects of determining his role in the development of psychological science in theological academies and the expansion of modern scientific ideas about the content and specifics of teaching of philosophical disciplines in Kyiv of the second half of the 19th Century. The article highlights the features of Candidate Degree works of the Kyiv Theological Academy students of the 19th – the beginning of the 20th centuries as the most important element of their educational and scientific training. Based on a wide range of primary sources, the author refutes the false identification of works for obtaining of the degree of Candidate of Theology, written in the Orthodox theological academies of the Russian Empire, with the modern Candidate dissertations. Considering these works as qualifying (...) works for obtaining an academic degree of Candidate of Theology that are of similar status as the modern diploma works of higher education institution students, the author argues that such an approach does not diminish their importance and their great source potential in the study of scholarly work of the Orthodox theological academies of the 19th – early 20th centuries. Based on the example of the Kyiv Theological Academy, the article reveals the important role of independent research work of the students, their mastering of skills of academic reading and writing in creating Candidate Degree works of quality; explains the procedural moments associated with their preparation, review, and evaluation. Based on the preserved manuscripts of Candidate Degree works of the Kyiv Theological Academy students, the paper outlines their subjects related to Bible Studies, Patrology, Dogmatic, Comparative, Moral, Pastoral Theology, Liturgy, and Homiletics, which are considered chiefly on historical material. The author stresses the particular popularity of the studies in History of the Church at the Kyiv Theological Academy, as well as other theological academies, particularly the study of history of the Orthodox Church and its hierarchy in so-called Southewestern Krai of the Russian Empire, as well as the history of the Kyiv Theological Academy of the 17th – 19th centuries. The article clarifies that contrary to the requirements of the Most Holy Synod to offer and choose the topics of exclusively theological nature for the qualification works, The Kyiv Theological Academy found the opportunity to realize the interest of students in other humanities – first of all, philosophy, the evidence of which is more than one hundred remaining manuscripts of Candidate Degree works on philosophical issues. This article is devoted to determining the source potential of the so-called dissertations collection of the Kyiv Theological Academy in the study of its philosophical heritage. The author draws attention to the distinction of the hierarchy of educational and academic degrees in the Russian Empire the first, candidate’s degree, not being a research degree, from today’s hierarchy. The candidate’s degree at that time was awarded to graduates of higher education institutions on the basis of their academic achievements and a final (...) work, which should be considered analogous to a diploma work, not to dissertations intended for public defense for a PhD degree. The article reveals that the collection of candidate papers from the Manuscript Institute contains important sources for researchers of biographies of the graduates of the Kyiv Theological Academy, its history, and academic heritage. Out of more than two thousand manuscripts stored in the Funds no. 304, the author has for the first time selected and systematized an array of candidate works on philosophical subjects, substantiating their important role in the research of the philosophical heritage of the Kyiv Theological Academy. The article for the first time presents the powerful historical and philosophical potential of the collection of handwritten candidate works of Kyiv Theological Academy (КТА) students, which is kept at Manuscript Institute, V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. According to the analyzed manuscripts, despite the church-confessional and specialized theological orientation of the theological academies, as well as the system of rigid regulations and control by the Most Holy Synod in the subject matters and content of the final works, the (...) students showed a persistent research interest in philosophy. The author identifies more than 150 candidate works of KTA students that are directly relevant to philosophical topics and issues. Most of them are research on the history of Western (from Classical antiquity to the beginning of the 20th century), Eastern and Russian philosophy. At the same time, the handwritten works available in the collection express the interest of students in the problems of epistemology, philosophy of history, social philosophy, axiology, ethics and aesthetics, philosophy of religion, as well as their attraction to complex interdisciplinary studies, combining the issues of philosophy and history of philosophy with theology, psychology, pedagogy and literary studies. This report presents the activities of the Oriental Studies Circle, which was founded in 1993 and reborn in 2012 as a scientific and educational organization. Its aim is to do research in such areas as philosophy, culture, and religion of the countries of the Middle and Far East. The leading type of the circle’s work is the lectures made by specialists in Oriental studies, philosophers, representatives of various religious traditions, and travelers.

У статті аналізується внутрішній діалог людини з позиції визначення ознак філософського мислення, що здійснюється у станах як кризи, так і щастя. Мета дослідження зумовила вибір тексту, а саме – давньоєгипетського письмового джерела «Розмова розчарованого зі своїм Ба» (ХХІІ–ХХІ ст. до н. е.), в якому зафіксовано внутрішній діалог, і який є одним з перших філософських творів в історії людства. Особлива увага приділяється розумінню рефлексивного мислення античними філософами і сучасними дослідниками. Показано, що повсякденне рефлексивне мислення відрізняється за своїми структурою та властивостями від (...) рефлексивного філософського мислення, яке задає межі рефлексії та ставлення до себе та дійсності. Із виходом з кризи, воно стає звичкою запитування про алгоритм, мотив, призначення та межі застосування отриманих висновків, яка робить відповідь підґрунтям нового питання, що динамічно стверджує людину в набутому стані евдемонії та атараксії. The study identifies the trends of media education in the post-industrial period, marked by the development of information and communication technologies in the integration and globalization processes. Society needs competent specialists who develop and strive for self-realization in society. The educational process is a phenomenon that covers different spheres of human activity and determines the main aspects of the regulatory and legal framework. The article illustrates innovative styles of media education that are an effective perspective on the formation of ideology (...) in society through the influence of self-consciousness in educational activities. In order to identify the main aspects of media technology in the educational process, we investigated the basic methodological and theoretical foundations based on the generalizations of researchers and scientists. The meaning of the concept of media education and media technology was studied, the evolution of education from the introduction of information and communication technologies in the learning process to the formation of critical thinking and analysis of the information space was investigated. The method of synthesis, analysis was used to define the main concepts of the study. Descriptive method, research and scientific method was used to compile and summarize the results of the implementation of media education as a prospect for the formation of ideology in society through the influence of self-consciousness. The article presents the results of analysis of nine wooden utensils of the Bronze and Early Iron Ages in comparison with previous analysis of different authors. In eight cases remains were represented by deciduous trees. Comparison of this results with data from other investigators allowed to conclude that for making objects from wood used mainly local breeds. When selecting trees for making utensils, old masters have used certain principles such as ease of cutting and aesthetic preferences. For the manufacture of (...) wooden utensils, pastoral nomads used mostly local wood that grew in gullies and floodplains. Most often for the manufacture of wooden utensils used maple, which is recorded in the Catacomb monuments, Zrubna, Scythian and Sarmatian burials. The generally accepted view is of the greatest accessibility of oak as a material for the manufacture of wooden utensils. However, our analysis and findings of other studies suggest limited use of wood for making utensils. Only in one case, for making fixed tray was used oak bark. However, generally we have to assume that the old masters avoided the use of oak wood for cutting wooden utensils due to its physical properties and considering that the tools were quite simple for working with brittle kinds of wood. In two cases the data shows that for producing of the bowl chestnut wood was utilized. In the Steppe zone the willow and birch bark were broadly widespread. They could be used to make baskets and birch products, however, we do not have the results of relevant analyzes to talk about it with confidence. (shrink)

The article identifies real losses of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine under the influence of modern challenges. The main purpose of the study is to implement a scientific and methodological approach to assess the impact of modern challenges on the development of foreign economic activity of enterprises. A critical analysis of the content of scientific publications on the studied issues revealed the lack of an integrated approach to establishing the real losses of foreign economic activity of enterprises (...) under the influence of modern challenges. The urgency of solving a certain problem is due to the scale of the impact of modern challenges on the dynamics of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, which requires an assessment of such an impact for the further development of measures that will be aimed at minimizing the negative impact of modern challenges. The methodological basis is the system of methods used to obtain the results of the study: theoretical generalization and analytical methods ‒ to clarify scientific approaches in determining the impact of modern challenges on the development of foreign economic activity of enterprises; generalization, grouping and integral evaluation ‒ to determine the level of influence of modern challenges on the development of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises in 2013‒2021; relative and absolute deviations, coefficient analysis of changes in foreign trade turnover ‒ to establish the volume of losses of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine under the influence of modern challenges; logical generalization ‒ to obtain conclusions and develop recommendations based on research results. The object of research in the work is the foreign economic activity of enterprises. The article presents the results of assessing the impact of modern challenges on the development of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, which became possible due to the developed and implemented author's scientific and methodological approach. Analysis and logical generalization of the results of assessing the impact of modern challenges on the development of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises became the basis for determining the real volumes of losses of their foreign trade turnover. The results of the study have practical value for the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the Entrepreneurship and export promotion office, because they can serve as the basis for developing a program of recommendations for activating the export initiative of industrial enterprises under modern conditions.
