The author of the article describes globalization processes as inevitable historic and objective phenomena, the driving force of society’s development and progress. It is emphasized that these processes result in harmful effects of global character on the environment and society. In the opinion of the author, one of the most important negative effects of globalization is the increase in environmental pollution which in turn results in the change of climate, extreme ecological situations, and threats to the natural environment and human (...) health. The author argues that one of the main legal instruments for limiting and neutralizing the harmful effect of pollution on the environment and society is the integrated system of environmental legal regulation. The author considers the safeguarding of the environmental objects and resources (climate atmosphere, soil and subsoil, water, air, biologic diversity, etc.) as the object of the legal regulation of the integrated environmental protection. What is more, the author of the article analyzes certain problematic aspects related to climate change and integrated prevention and control of climate pollution which are regulated under the new integrated institute of environmental protection under the environmental protection law. The author compares the provisions of international agreements, the European Union and Lithuanian legislation regarding these relations and concludes that Lithuania has not fully met its international obligations in this field. A classification of commutative BCK-logics which is an analogon of Hosoi classification of intermediate logics is given in the paper.

We show that every BCK-algebra can be embeded into a WMV - algebra and prove the interpolation and amalgamation properties for WMV - algebras. In proofs Gentzen-method is used. For information on BCK- algebras the reader is referred to K. Iseki, S. Tanaka [2] while for Gentzen- method to G. Takeuti [7]. I would like to thank Prof. A. Wronski for raising the problem.

The aim of this paper is to make a proposal for a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method extended to deal with bipolar fuzzy sets. Bipolar fuzzy sets are proposed as an extension of classical fuzzy sets in order to enable solving a particular class of decision-making problems. Unlike other extensions of the fuzzy set of theory, bipolar fuzzy sets introduce a positive membership function, which denotes the satisfaction degree of the element x to the property corresponding to the bipolar-valued (...) fuzzy set, and the negative membership function, which denotes the degree of the satisfaction of the element x to some implicit counter-property corresponding to the bipolar-valued fuzzy set. By using single-valued bipolar fuzzy numbers, the MULTIMOORA method can be more efficient for solving some specific problems whose solving requires assessment and prediction. Gathering the attitudes of the examined respondents would be very significant in some evaluation models. Therefore, a multiple criteria approach based on the use of the neutrosophic set is considered in this paper. An example of the evaluation of restaurants is considered at the end of this paper with the aim to present in detail the proposed approach.

The subject of the article is the contacts of Polish queens with the sanctuary of Our Lady of Częstochowa at Jasna Góra Monastery. The considerations are based on the archival materials stored in the Archives at Jasna Góra and the literature on the subject. In the Jasna Góra archives, books were used, in which votive gifts donated by the faithful to the Jasna Góra sanctuary were entered. The analytical method was used in the work. Most of the Polish queens had (...) contacts with the Jasna Góra sanctuary. Some of the queens made pilgrimages to the sanctuary in person, others offered devotional gifts and votes. The most frequent contacts with Jasna Góra were: Ludwika Maria, spouse of Władysław IV and Jan Kazimierz, Maria Kazimiera, spouse of Jan III Sobieski, Maria Eleonora, spouse of Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki, and Maria Józefa, spouse of August III Wettin. The other queens had more modest contacts with Jasna Góra. All the rulers offered liturgical vestments, jewelery and financial donations. Ludwika Maria and Maria Józefa showed the greatest attention to the Jasna Góra sanctuary. However, the piety of the rulers resulted not only from their personal faith, but also from the norms and principles adopted in a given era in expressing religiosity. (shrink)
