The article estimates socio-psychological climate in the team by using sociometric techniques, expored in the example of Ltd. "ECMUKRAINE" and the algorithm of its formation. The argue that positive social and psychological climate needs constant work of the management focused on the study of the relationship in the team; identifying and solving objective contradictions; creative application of reasonable system of methods, tools and techniques of psychological impact on staff in order to optimize its entire set of relations on the basis (...) of requirements of morality and regulations. У статті визначено концептуальні засади формування системи фармацевтичної безпеки України. Автори констатують фрагментарність наукових досліджень у вітчизняній фармацевтичній науці щодо стану та механізмів гарантування фармацевтичної безпеки держави та неузгодженість пріоритетів і механізмів функціонування окремих суб'єктів фармацевтичного ринку України. У зв'язку з цим вони обгрунтовують, що першочерговим завданням, яке має бути відображено в Концепції фармацевтичної безпеки України, є залучення відповідних органів влади, провідних науково-дослідних установ, інших суб'єктів фармацевтичної галузі до розширення та вдосконалення розробки нормативно-правових актів у цій сфері.

This article describes how to determine the level of conflict between the staff members in the enterprises by means of monitoring. The study suggests the ways of overcoming conflict situations. The authors have examined the age structure of the staff in the enterprise under analysis, defined the group portrait of each employee, his personality and behavioral traits by a survey. The research studies the causes and frequency of conflicts arising in the team at all levels.Taking into account the analysis of (...) the data management of the company, the authors recommend the administration of the enterprise to prevent conflicts on the stage of disageement by establishing comprehensive organizational objectives, a clear system of rewards, coordination and integration mechanisms, unity of command, and explaining job requirements.
