Religious studies, as a complex of academic academic disciplines, studying the social nature of religion - its history, development and place in culture and society, is being created today. Religious knowledge is formed, the controversy of reports at conferences, in the pages of monographs and professional journals takes place. An all-Ukrainian scientific journal Mandrivets, a joint project of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Mandrivets publishing house, is included in the list of scientific specialties in philology, history, philosophy, (...) in this context. Відродження доктрини про Трійцю у XX ст. позначилося на всіх сферах християнського богослов’я і практики. Вчення про церкву також не залишилося поза впливом сучасного тринітарного богослов’я. Еклезіологія Мирослава Вольфа є яскравим прикладом інтеграції тринітарного богослов’я у вчення про церкву з перспективи незалежних євангельських церков. Вольф відштовхується від концепції першого баптиста Джона Сміта про те, що церква – це спільнота людей, зібраних в ім’я Христа. Тринітарну складову своєї еклезіології Вольф розвиває в діалозі з двома видними представниками римо-католицької та православної еклезіології: Йозефом (...) Ратцингером і Іоанном Зізіуласом. Проводячи аналогію між Трійцею і церквою єдність Трійці Вольф вбачає не в єдиній сутності Бога і не в Особі Отця, а скоріше в перихоретичній єдності божественних Осіб. Так само церква має поліцентричний характер, її єдність створюється людьми, наділеними дарами Святого Духу. (shrink)

Aim. Disclosure of the theoretical and spiritual-practical potential of the philosophy of management in training specialists in the field of public management and administration. Methodology. In the research process there were used such methods as: analysis, synthesis, systemic, comparative, structural-functional and dialectical. The application of the synergistic approach to study management made it possible to consider the latter as a complex and open system. Results. The authors have proved that today the philosophy of management is a theoretical and methodological basis (...) for modern managers’ training. The emphasis is also put on the fact that the philosophy of management is different from the theory of management, since traditional management tries to implement the training program for a single manager, who should independently manage large teams and organizations. The authors are convinced that this statement is utopian nowadays. That is why the philosophy of management should appear as the methodological basis in the new paradigm of training managers of any level. Scientific novelty. For the first time in the scientific discourse, the attempt has been made to establish the status of the philosophy of management as one of the basic and obligatory disciplines in specialists’ training for public and state administration and management. It is proved that the management of any systems becomes effective due to the interaction of three levels, namely: ideological, scientific-methodological and praxeological. The necessity of preparing managers as team members that adequately respond to current social challenges is identified as the main task of modern managerial education. The Practical Value. The research results should set the benchmarks for improving and creating a new system of modern managers’ training, where the manager is not considered as a single leader, but as a member of the team in which everyone is capital. Демократія розглядається як основоположна ціннісна складова політичного режиму. Однак, застерігає автор, якщо її розуміють однобоко, лише як зворотню проекцію тоталітаризму, вона перетворюється в охлократію і завдає реальних загроз свободі й рівності з боку демократичного суспільства.

У статті розглядається становлення та діяльність у Німеччині українських посольств та консульських установ у 1918-1923 рр. У Берліні були представлені дипломатичні установи Української Народної Республіки доби Центральної Ради, Української Держави, Української Народної Республіки доби Директорії УНР. Своє посольство утворила в Берліні й Західно-Українська Народна Республіка. Але з огляду на можливу негативну реакцію країн Антанти посольство ЗУНР не розвинуло ширшої діяльності. Україна мала свої консульські установи в Берліні та Мюнхені. У статті згадується також про діяльність української консульської установи в Данцигу, який (...) був тісно пов'язаний з Німеччиною. Українські дипломатичні структури в Німеччині були офіційно визнані німецькою владою й свої головні зусилля спрямували на пошуки зовнішньої підтримки України в боротьбі з ворогами її незалежності. Дипломати разом із військово-санітарними місіями здійснювали опіку над полоненими українцями - вояками колишньої російської армії, які утримувалися в таборах Німеччини, також піклувалися про тих українців, які залишилися в еміграції й працювали чи навчалися в цій країні. “Beilis affair” (1911–1913) is one of the most resonate events in Kyiv of the early 20 th century. It was a subject of a huge number of investigations. However, a special analysis of the role that the members of Kyiv Theological Academy community played in this affair has not been made yet. Facts and data available require further reflections and deeper interpretations. For this, both a time span and a thematic content should be expanded. Thus, the author tries to reveal (...) the specifics of the discourse wherein the members of the community were predisposed to interpret both “Beilis affair” and “Jewish question” as a whole. The materials published in “Kyiv Theological Academy Studies” journal throughout all years of its existence in pre-revolutionary Russia (1860–1917) constitute the main source of information. In the study, the author tries to widen another researcher’s idea that “Beilis affair” became a unique case of the dialogue between Christians and Jews. The article shows that the foundations for this dialogue had been created in the previous years by many Kyiv Theological Academy community members, such as Andrii Khoinatskyi, Fedir Ornatskyi, Vasyl Pevnytskyi, Afanasii Bulhakov, Dmytro Bohdashevskyi, Olexandr Voronov, Mykola Stelletskyi, Viktor Ivanytskyi, Hryhorii Malevanskyi, Akym Olesnytskyi, and others. This experience as well as perfect knowledge of the European and world context, which the members of Kyiv Theological Academy intellectual community such as Olexandr Hlaholiev and Pavlo Tykhomyrov had, enabled them to make a real impact on the establishment of the dialogue between Christians and Jews in particular in the “Beilis affair”.
