Asketski ideal

Abstract

Tekst jemlje za izhodišče Nietzschejevo analizo in kritiko “asketskega ideala”. Najprej pokaže, da to, kar Nietzsche imenuje asketski ideal, nikakor ni enostavno fenomen samodiscipline, zmernosti, izogibanja strasti in nasladi, temveč nasprotno prav fenomen strasti, ki postane imperativ in ki jo nalaga sam zakon. Sodobna, “postmoderna” družba predstavlja natanko triumf asketskega ideala. Od tod nato tekst oriše Nietzschejevo teorijo možnega preboja iz začaranega kroga asketskega ideala. Ta preboj je možen zgolj skozi kreacijo “minimalne razlike” tam, kjer se zdi, da je vse eno. V tem je po avtorici pomen nietzschejanske teme “velikega poldneva”, ki je definiran kot trenutek, kjer Eno ravno postane dva.
