The Elementary Legal Ideology to Shorten the Gap between the Rich and the Poor

Abstract

Development process established in the west to eliminate the gap between rich and poor based on the objectives of the legislation, refer to the "Latin American model" and the "European model" of experience, summed up China's legislative principles to resolve the gap between rich and poor, and thus to eliminate the gap between rich and poor thinking from the legislative put forward some suggestions. The gap between the rich and the poor is the bottle-neck of our economic and social development. Development of the western regions is an important act to settle the problem of economic structure and system. To realize the goal, we put forward the model of Latin American and the model of Europe. We think that it is the model of Europe that we should take into account and middle class should be formed in China. On the basis of this assumption, we bring forward some suggestions of legal ideology
