On the Nature and Causes of the Current World Financial-Economic Crisis-A Comparative Analysis Based on Theories, History and Corrent Situation

Abstract

The current crisis is the spread of the world is a special kind of world financial - economic crisis. The immediate cause of the crisis caused by financial factors, rather than substantive economic factors. Specifically, the government's lax management of financial derivatives to form a long spread of the financial chain; the U.S. real economy crisis, investment in equipment adjustment factors is not yet mature; production and the market to reduce the U.S. balance of international pressure on the real economy, so the United States substandard crisis more than a year after the formation of a symbiotic financial and real economy, the economic crisis. The current worldwide spread crisis is a special kind of world financial-economic crisis. The direct cause of the crisis is financial factors, not the factors of real economy. Specifically, the Government failed to manage the unlimited proliferation of financial derivatives to form a super long finance chain; the adjustment factor of the equipment investment of real economy crisis of United States is not mature yet; the international Equilibrium of production and market reduces the pressure on the real economy of United States, thus, the symbiotic economic crisis of finance and real economy does not form until the subprime mortgage crisis has broken out for more than one year
