Abstract

The present article mainly rests on knowledges of Philosophy and Epistemology. in the center stands the difference between the Theory of International Public Law (IPL), the Philosophy of IPL and the Methodology of IPL. They are not only pillars of the Science of IPL but also fields of science in statu nascendi, The Science of IPL has additional pillars as the Dogmatic of IPL, the History of IPL und the History of Science of IPL. The Philosophy of IPL has its own Theory and also its own Methodology. The Methodology of IPL has also its own Theory ad its own Philosophy. It is necessary to differentiate among the Methodology of the Dogmatic of IPL and the Methodology of the Sciense of IPL. The IPL is an Ius Coexistentiae between states of different Circles of Culture.
