Abstract

International Financial Law, as the international economic legal system is still in its infancy. The original is the International Financial Law of the times, the performance of the international financial sector is far from achieving the rule of law, international financial law binding is not strong, the lack of a clear and universal norms. Need to reform the international financial law is the international community to develop consensus, and sharp conflicts of interest between developed and developing countries and developed countries in the international monetary system is difficult to reach a compromise on the reform of the IMF and further into the handling of international tools for the financial crisis.
