In this paper certain aspects of social contract theory have been reconsidered in the context of contemporary political community. Special focus has been given to the meaning of the concept of coercion. U radu se razmatraju pitanja u vezi s?teorijom drustvenog ugovora? u kontekstu savremenih politickih zajednica. Posebno se razmatra znacenje pojma prinude kao kljucnog predmeta politicke filozofije.
