Methodological foundations of the study of political and institutional impact on local government reform in Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted methodological bases of political science research of influence of political- institutional structure of contemporary Ukraine on prospects and ran across reformation of the domestic system of local self-government. Conclusions are drawn in relation to concrete tasks and results which must be got by the described methods.
