Abstract

The core scientific concept of development is people-oriented. People-oriented philosophy, the main emphasis on the meaning of the overall development, emphasis on the law of history and social development in the main body of the people's unity. From the perspective of historical materialism, historical materialism, which is the normative dimensions of attention and development is an important advance understanding of historical materialism. The main emphasis of historical materialism to understand the normative dimension of social history, the normative point of view, the value set, it ought to importance. Research from the historical point of view of historical materialism, which is modern and contemporary foreign scholars of historical materialism in the importance of normative questions have logical links. People-oriented understanding of contemporary social development is of great significance
