Abstract

Modern forgotten a universal standard of morality, that is natural law. Laws govern the community who are published for the public interest and reasonable order, which is "people not fixed." Its shape is based on "natural law", the ultimate foundation of eternal law. Taiwan has to be correcting Ruoyu were敎Guaixiang, not man-clamp method were敎, because the two belong to different areas. 圣多瑪斯evidence from the natural tendency of human three established areas of three kinds of natural law, free to believe were敎ownership "of natural law," the third category, are natural rights. So were敎is metaphysical belief in the soul, can not be standardized in order to define the legal person titration. "Natural law" as the metaphysical foundation of morality, "natural law" is used to judge the quality of social and political system of the highest standards. Once the person is not fixed and "natural law" of conflict, must be regarded as invalid.
