Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende establecer los fundamentos de la querella sobre el ateismo en el que se ve envuelto Fichte y que le significa ser exonerado de la Universidad de Jena. A este respecto se establece que el primado de la libertad, como carácter constitutivo del sujeto, supone no sólo una conciencia autónoma en el ámbito moral y un primado de la razón práctica, como proponía Kant, sino también la exclusión de un orden trascendente que pueda intervenir directamente sobre el "mundo físico".The present work intends to lay the foundations on the atheism accusation in which Fichte becomes involved and which meant his removal from University of Jena. It is established, in this regard, that the primacy of freedom, as a constituent character of the subject, not only implies an autonomous conscience in the moral scope and a primacy of the practical reason as supposed by Kant, but also implies the exclusion from a trascendental order that could directly intervene on the "physical world".
