Abstract

Este trabajo trata de perfilar las líneas de una "axiología de la barbarie" en Vico, frecuentemente sometida al juicio crítico de su total o preeminente "primitivismo". La "barbarie", es incluida dentro de una concepción dramática de la historia, donde no sólo tiene el sentido de punto de partida de la humanidad, sino también el carácter permanente de "pérdida" que pende sobre ella, en una dinámica de barbarie / civilización.This paper attempts to give shape to an "axiology of the babarism" in Vico, frequently subject to critical judgement for its total or preeminent "primitivism." The "babarism" is included within a dramatic conception of history, where it not only plays the role of the starting point of the humanity, but also the permanent character of "loss" that swings above it, in a dynamic of barbarism / civilization
