Abstract

Die Frage nach dem Verhältnis von Recht und Moral hat mehrere Dimensionen. Zum einen geht es um die begriffliche Abgrenzung; die Frage heißt insoweit, in Bezug auf welche normativen Regelkomplexe wir von ›Moral‹, in Bezug auf welche wir von ›Recht‹ sprechen. Zum zweiten geht es um strukturelle Unterschiede zwischen moralischen und rechtlichen Normen bzw. Normenordnungen.
