System racontage parliamentarism: the interpretation of concepts and definitions to specific operations in the transit countries

Abstract

The author considers the concepts of defective and embedded democracies; offers ways of generalization for concepts of defective and embedded democracy, which are based on categories of «partial regimes»; carries out consideration of defective democracy types.
