Abstract

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE—: The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in fractional anisotropy, as measured by diffusion tensor imaging, of white matter infarction and hypoperfusion in patients with acute ischemic stroke using a quantitative voxel-based analysis.
