Abstract
The article analyzes the formation of one of the levels of professional success of young specialists the microlevel. It is shown that it includes the personal qualities of young specialists, their competence, setting career as the elements of career strategy, motivation for success, selfdetermination, and others. Based on the author’s empirical researches it is proved that among the personal qualities a leading position in achieving professional success of young specialists takes own intelligence, ability; further with varying degrees of importance for different groups of respondents are characteristics such as professionalism, business acumen; luck, and others. Some dynamics of importance of these factors are revealed under taking into account the status of the respondent. Building on the development of modern scientists we identified groups of competencies that are fundamentally important for the success of young specialists. These include professional, general, portable and personal competence. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the motivational factors for success, a factor of strategic planning of career, as well as a factor of selfdetermination of young specialists. Accessing the settings in the professionaloffice plans of Kharkiv youth showed that they differ in exact wording. One mean of realizing their installations young specialists see employment in the senior years of high school. It demonstrated that the professional success of young specialists is completely formed and experiencing of multivector impact, including microlevel factors.
