Abstract
People are very important assets for organization’s success. As a result, chances, as well as challenges and failures are mostly related with people. On the other hand, in order to grow and develop, organization should adapt and adjust themselves to the requirement of the environment. In this regard, finding competent people with high commitment, and engagement as well as high Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not that easy. Organ (2006, found in his meta analysis study found that Organizational Citizenship behavior is very much related and contributed to the effectiveness and performance of the organization. The question arises are what are the factors that influence the organizational Citizenship behavior of the employee? Is providing Workplace Well-being which leads to Job Satisfaction and or Perceived Organizational Supports can influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior? The research shows that only Job Satisfaction that has positive and significant correlation with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as well as contributed to the emerging of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, whilst Perceived Organizational Supports did not have any significant correlation with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on these findings, management in the organization should pay more attention to the Employee Well Being, as these conditions can lead to Employee Job Satisfaction which then can have an impact on the Organizational Citizenship behavior of the employees
