Abstract

The article considers the main directions ofUkraine's national policy concerning the reform of local self-government and the territorial organization of power. The paper examines the regional peculiarities ofDonetskarea. According to the authors, these essential qualities should be considered to ensure effective reformingUkraine's system of territorial organization of power and local governments
