The Nature and Institutional Structure of the New Economy-In the View of Marxism Economics

Abstract

New economy originated in the 1970s, the Ford system of mass production crisis of contemporary capitalism, a new mode of production innovation and institutional change. And the Ford system of mass production, the new economic driving force is no longer scale and scope economies, but in continuous innovation and flexible production characteristics of the speed of the economy. Enterprises, especially SMEs, networking and interaction in the emergence of entrepreneurship or innovation, the new economy to achieve sustained innovation and flexible production of basic strength. From the liberal point of view or adjust the definition of doctrine and institutional structure of the new economic thinking, the problem only from the surface. Around the emergence of entrepreneurial or innovative activities and the commercialization of new technologies, new institutional structure of the economy has always been concerned about the entrepreneurial and innovative environment to build, which is also known venture capitalist. After 30 years of reform and opening up and accelerating the process of industrialization, China has become the world's important manufacturing base. How to create manufacturing to China from China's transformation, the formation and development of the new economy provides an important reference for us. One of the most critical is the future direction of China's economic system reform is no longer a simple deregulation and optimize the investment environment, but to build new or innovative business environment. The new economy originated from the crisis of the mass production in the nineteen seventies, the nature is innovation of the mode of production and institutional change of the contemporary capitalism. Difference from the Fordism mass production, the engine of the new economy isn't the economy of scale and scope, it's flexible production and sustained innovation. The emergence of entrepreneurial and innovative activities of new enterprises is the basic power of flexible production and sustained innovation. The new economy is called entrepreneurial capitalism, since the institutional structure focus entrepreneurial and innovative environment. Now China already is a world manufacture base, it's an important topic how to become an innovative centre in the world. According to forming and developing experience of the new economy, the orientation of institutional structure in China is to construct an environment about entrepreneurship and innovation
