Abstract

The main strategy of the Chinese Communist Party is the party's major policies and development strategies. Communist Party of China 85 years of development history, the ruling strategy of revolution, construction, the great practice of reform and opening up has gone through continuous exploration and improvement, constant innovation, the initial formation of the party's highest governing strategy, the fundamental governing strategy, the specific power three levels of strategy content. Strategy of the Chinese Communist Party's historical practice has given us a profound insight: must adhere to the broad vision of Marxism, a keen grasp the development trend of the times; must be based on China's basic national conditions, and understand the changes in the party's own historical position; must uphold the public interest governing for the people, always take development as the top priority in governing and rejuvenating; must be properly summed up the party's historical experience; must always keep the spirit of the state. What we called governing strategy means the party's big policy making and its various developing strategies, which experienced an everlasting process of self-perfecting and creating during the eighty five years of the CPC's history. As the country's highest yet basic governing plan, we hold that the party's governing strategy consists of three levels: firstly, it must insist on Marxism to comprehend the developing trend of time, and see clearly the party's historical status based on China's own condition; secondly, it must insist on governing for public and people; and finally, it must correctly sum up experiences in its governing history, and keep the step with time in elevated spirits
