Abstract

In view of philosophy of education should be extended to all disciplines of basic research, this paper attempts to explore the medical humanities education through care-based ethics, to illustrate the implementation of the philosophy in the medical field, the importance of education. As one of the physical, psychological and social health needs in good condition, the progress of medicine and must contain the requirements of the medical human culture, to be able to "patient-centered" concept, it reached the patient's medical well-being of top priority ethical requirements. Relative to the current emphasis on medical ethics only in accordance with the principles of clinical ethics middle reasoning, this principle will be that the doctrine is still a physician faced with a dilemma of ethics, but still non-patient-centered ethics. The patient's autonomy with respect to the interpretation of "patient-centered" concept, but also will make the doctor-patient relationship into a kind of antinomy difficulties. This paper attempts by the idea of care ethics, as in the specific context of the patient's special people, and emphasized in medical practice between physicians and patients to establish and maintain mutual moved to respond to the importance of the relationship. Through the "technical care care", "attitude of concern for care" and "the existence of the relationship of care" distinction, this article will particularly highlight the concept of care in nursing as a "science" and "art" and "ethics" in the central position. Finally, the article pointed out, medical technology, doctrine from the possibility of return to humane care, that care must be active in the medical and health care system can not be separated, so that ethics of care through medical humanities education, training, and implementation of the concept has reached its philosophy of transformation basis. The healthcare system oriented towards humanistic concern should provide their practitioners with educational foundations for the practice of patient-centred medicine. In this regard, I distinguish in this paper between two sorts of patient-centred ethics: bioethical principlism that call for respect the autonomy of patient; and feminist ethics of care that place emphasis on the maintenance of caring relationship between physician and patient. The author approves care ethics when challenging claims of principlism regarding their theory of moral reasoning. The moral reasoning by principles can be seen only as ethics of doctors' dilemmas, but not yet as patient-centred ethics. On the contrary, I argue further, the concept of caring can play an important role in medical ethics and especially in nursing ethics. After analyzing the appropriate model of patient-centred medicine, I try to show how return of medical professionalism to humanistic concern is possible
