Abstract

Designed to examine the system of private economic and financial gap of the root causes, and to provide for a possible solution to the problem of perspective. Research shows that the financial gap formation and lower the efficiency of our finance, financial structure and financial repression is unreasonable obstruction efficiency are two important factors, and thus these two factors into a framework to improve the efficiency of financing them, and tried to which to fundamentally reduce the financial gap in the private economy. The purpose of this article is to analyze the endogenous root of the financial gap in private economy, and to provide a possible method to solve the problem. The study shows that the formation of financial gap has something to do with inefficient financing mechanism. Both imbalance of financial framework and financial oppression make it inefficient. We try to improve the financial framework and financial oppression in order to make the financing mechanism more efficient. And then the financial gap will be lessened
