Abstract

This paper argues that "ethical issues" is the study of theory and practice of behavior an important interface between the "thinking by analogy" is to build and present "situational ethics" is one important way. "Situational ethics" includes a static grasp, dynamic grasp, grasp the other three face value, there are rogue "thinking by analogy" of the operation. 'Analogy thinking "in Chinese philosophy include: analog form, attributes analogy to class degree class, degree in order to have things, the provision, Mou, aid, pushing and other forms. Ethical issues and the analogy is the relationship between thinking: First, the ethics of practice-oriented situation is a necessary condition; and so on form of ethical thinking is a necessary condition. Third, in a form of ethical structure is completed, can promote the development of thinking by analogy to other larger scale. Fourth, the ethical conflict or dilemma situation, depends on the operation of thinking by analogy to make a choice-oriented practices
