Abstract

L'idée classique de codification repose sur un certain nombre de paradigmes à partir desquels la codification allemande de la fin du XVIIIe siècle et les grandes codifications du XIXe siècle ont été édifiées. À la fin du XXe siècle ces paradigmes semblent disparaître ou se transformer. De cette évolution la codification d'aujourd'hui est tributaire
