Abstract
Jurisprudence - Essential Law Texts deals with the two main schools of jurisprudence, which are positivism and naturalism and also off-shoot movements of the positivist school, such as the historical and sociological schools of jurisprudence and of the naturalist school in the form of procedural natural law and the legal enforcement of morality.
