Abstract

Over the years, the domestic "Finance" in the tradition of ancient and modern, through the course of Western constantly enrich the content, but this development has always been carried out in the structure paradigm, more finance research and development of domestic and international financial system so that the structure of practice paradigm crisis, came into the functional paradigm, not only has obvious theoretical advantages, but also has a direct financial value in practice. In addition, the financial operations by the "paper-based" to "electronic-based" transformation has a considerable breadth and depth of information technology in the financial operation of the position and role have been by the "technical support" up to "technology driven", showing qualitative change. However, financial theory and practice of interdisciplinary education have not kept pace with the pace of development, the paradigm of information technology innovation and revolutionary effect in the financial sector will promote reflection, "Finance" in depth. The Economics of Finance has been developed under the structure paradigm in the past 20 years, which is in crisis now in the situation of rich researches about Comparative Finance and the practice of financial development. IT in financial development has become technical driving rather than technical assisting. However, the research and education for Finance haven't kept up with the pace of the practice.
