The Global Trend of Constituting Administrative Ethics

Abstract

Any system of growth, development and operation, are subject to the traditional, cultural and environmental impact. In a comparative analysis of national administrative ethics law before, I found, among Governments, is their common characteristics. Such as democracy advanced countries usually have higher levels of spiritual and cultural, economic environment and a healthy democratic political culture. The other hand, governments also observed in the actual operation of the political system and its cultural, historical, social and environmental factors are closely related . Similarly, the globalization of the country also for its administrative needs of different ethical development, legal system to understand global trends in administrative ethics, this article through the literature review, the ethics of the relevant provisions of the national administrative organization of the sort described as sub- ; in the United States, the seven-nation status, the proposed administrative ethics trends and challenges. The growth, development and operation of any system are subject to the tradition, the culture and the environment. States in a comparative analysis of the legal system of the administrative ethics, we found there is a common feature between the governments. For example, the advanced democratic countries usually have a higher level of the spiritual culture, the economic environment and the healthy democratic political culture. On the other hand, governments can also be observed in actual operation of the political system and its culture, history, social and environmental factors are closely related to. Similarly, countries under globalization also have different development for the needs of its administrative ethics. In order to understand the global trends of the legal system of administrative ethics, in this paper, through literature review, the relevant provisions and organizations about the administrative ethics in the countries are collated; in the United States and other seven countries of the current situation, the administrative ethics trends and challenges will also proposed
