Abstract

Should the golden rule be applied only at the level of individual ethics or also in political, not to say international relations? How is it observed in today’s Europe, in the Europe of the 21st century, in particular at the level of relations between civilizations and world religions? Is it possible to harmonize the golden rule and the missionary spread of one’s own religion based on the identification of one’s own truth with the Truth?
