Abstract

Ideology is the most important political function of the legitimacy of the ruling order to provide a defense, to arouse the rulers of the belief in the legitimacy of the existing political order. However, the ideological legitimacy of functions is limited, the political legitimacy of a certain political order itself determined by the ruler will not follow the provisions for the transfer of objectivity, ideological legitimacy of political rule of interpretation is not contrary to basic moral principles. Meanwhile, the ideological function of the legality of playing with other strategies must also be organically combined. Legitimacy of political practice in the construction of the abuse of ideology, often further exacerbate the crisis of political legitimacy, leading to serious political consequences. The foremost political function of ideology is to provide ruling order with a legitimate justification, and to stimulate their rightful belief of the ruled in a given political order. However, the legitimate function of ideology is limited. Political legitimacy is an objective prescription which is based on political order itself and independent from their will of the ruling, therefore, the legitimate interpretation of ideology can not betray the most basic moral principles of political ruling. At the same time, the realization of function of ideology is combined organically with legitimate strategies. The abuse utilization of ideology during the construction of legitimate political practice will increase the possibility of the crisis of political legitimacy and bring about severe political influence
