L'A. suit par étapes les contours, en négatif, du Leib, tels que Heidegger les dessine en lui déniant toute phénoménalité propre. Apparu initialement de façon privative dans l'analyse de la spatialisation, il vient au jour, dans un cours de 1928, d'une manière inattendue, qui ouvre la voie à une compréhension des phénomènes pathologiques en termes de modification existentiale (Binswanger). This study follows gradually the negative shaping of Leib-body, as Heidegger outlines it, refusing it to have any proper phenomenality. Though it first appeared on a negative way within the analysis of space, this phenomenon is unexpectedly put forward, in 1928 lessons, in a manner which displays the possibility of understanding pathological phenomena in terms of existential change (Binswanger)
