Abstract

Le but de cet article est de montrer que la théorie hégélienne de l'État, telle que celle-ci est exposée dans la Philosophie du Droit, et plus particulièrement dans la troisième partie de cet ouvrage, est entièrement gouvernée par la théorie aristotélicienne de la métaphore. Pour constituer l'État selon la nécessité du concept, je dois donc « passer » de l'espèce au genre, de l'individu à l'État, pour terminer par une « déduction » politiquement inquiétante : du genre à l'espèce, du corps de l'État au « je veux » biologique et empirique d'une seule personne : le Prince.The main topic of this paper is to show that the hegelian theory of the State, as exposed in the Philosophy of Right, and more precisely in the third part of this work, is entirely governed by the aristotelician theory of the Metaphor.
