Abstract

20 Since the 1980s, human resource management practices to adapt to the development of domestic and foreign Guanli research literature on human resources management, gave a different interpretation of the meaning, their theory of the multi-angle study and forecast of development trends, which promotes human resources development and improvement of management theory. Since 1980's, to adapt to the development of Human Resource Management practices, the domestic and foreign literatures on HRM studies have made the different explanations of HRM implication, given the different descriptions to HRM theory, and made the forecasts to HRM developmental trend , which promote the development and perfection of HRM theory
