Trata-se, no presente artigo, de traduzir e analisar famosa passagem do ensaioDe l’Institution des Enfans que, ao ligar prazer e virtude,permite apreciar aspectos fundamentais da filosofia de Montaigne.The present paper aims at the translation and analysis of a famous passage of the essay De l’Institution des Enfans which, once linking pleasure with virtue, allows the appreciation of fundamental aspects of the philosophy of Montaigne
