The Philippines current administration with the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and in adherence with the World Health Organization Interim Guidelines implemented community quarantine measures to combat the continuous increase in the number of infected cases of COVID-19 in the country. This paper discusses the different community quarantines being implemented on the different parts of the country and how these measures helped in “flattening the curve” of COVID-19 infections. Recommendations in enhancing the fight against the virus is presented at the end of the paper.
